I really like this product as a substitute for all the caffeine I drink & gave it a shot & I really enjoy being able to get some energy & focus from something other than coffee or typical energy drinks. Just hope they start offering more flavors

As title says: It does nothing for energy, grogginess, nor mental focus. At least for me. I can't guarantee my physiological response is the same as yours. But it's 2 star and not 1 star, because it's not total trash. If you like acidic apple juice, this is drinkable. It's quite sour.

When I saw this energy drink, I was intrigued. Other than the 35 calories reported on the label, it doesn't contain sugar or caffeine, meaning that virtually all of the energy it provided would have to come from your own body. It does have a fairly typical mega dose of niacin (1,563% of RDA), but otherwise it relies on BHB (which has some amazing beneficial effects from a cursory review of reputable medical sites) and acetyl-l-carnitine for the boost. The aroma was strange and to me the flavor was of a little cucumber, a lot of mint, and a lot of lingering saltiness. It also had a tartness when sipping, but it immediately went away in the aftertaste, and a little bit of stevia sweetness. There's a lot of carbonation, which encourages sipping over chugging. That all said, it really hasn't done anything for me at all. I've used it in the afternoon when I'm in a post-lunch slump, and I haven't felt any more awake or alert. I feel like it might be doing something around 40 minutes after starting to drink it, but then it fades. I have yet to feel more awake, alert, and/or clear. If you are supplementing with BHB, maybe this would be a nice alternative to powder, but unfortunately for me it's a no-go as an energy drink, which is too bad since it was a promising idea to not have to consume a boatload of caffeine to get a mental pick-me-up.

Great benefits, and instant focus. I like the cucumber mint. I would recommend this flavor for someone who likes a mild sweet.

Love the taste, but my last shipment had 3 cans with only 8 oz instead of 12 oz in the can. I have reached out to the company but no response so far.
