Pfister faucet's are good quality. Simple to install, you don't need a plumber, good instructions to install, and you can look on u-tube if you need help. It brings style to any bathroom. The only caution is you may need a longer than a 12" flexible connection to the cold water due to the cold water line on this faucet is shorter than the hot water line, but also gives you more room in tightening the water lines.

I bought three of these faucets in fall of 2018 to replace older faucets in two bathrooms in the house. Two of them have worked flawlessly since day one. The one that did not, was my faucet in the master bathroom. It never had good water flow, and seemed like the cold water was never hooked up. I contacted Pfister support in 2019 and they sent me a replacement "cartridge" to see if that made a difference. It never made much of a difference and the water flow got progressively worse. I finally was fed up this week and contacted support again. They told me I had a lifetime warranty because I was the original purchaser, which is a FANTASTIC policy. They also said they were going to send me a full replacement at no charge (over two years after I purchased the original unit). It got here in roughly five days and did the trick to fix the water flow issues. I can't say enough about Pfister and their customer service policies. I also personally love these faucets. They are very simple to install, have just the right amount of water flow and they look AMAZING.

This is an easy to install faucet, very nice looking, I bought spot defense nickel before, this brushed nickel is a nicer color and finish, somewhat yellower looking than the spot defense nickel, which looks similar to brushed stainless steel finishes. These recent faucets do not have the push to attach feature but an adaptor that connects the pipe to the standard faucet stainless steel hoses. It is much easier to install without the push to attach feature. It does pick up fingerprints if you touch it with dirty hands, and the base can get water spots on it from hard water. It works very well with a smooth mechanism and good control of the water, the waterfall is very pretty.

This Tuscan Bronze faucet works beautifully, functions well, and really stands out nicely with the other bronzed accessories and ammenities in this vanity bathroom. Sometimes a drop of water will remain in the channel when the water is turned off, but you can wipe it away with one finger. The water is warm when the handle is in the center as it should be. You have to be sure to follow the instructions for correctly connecting the water. It states that you have to flush the hot and cold water lines for 30 seconds after connecting to the water pipes and before connecting to the faucet. You can do this easily by placing a bucket underneath. The reason for flushing the lines is to get rid of any small sediment or debris that may get caught in the screen behind the faucet where the water comes out. Failing to follow this minor detail may be the reason that some reviews read that the water pressure and/or temperature was undesirable. The water coming out of this faucet will not be high pressure because of the open channel; its more like a gentle water fall to effectively wash your hands, but maybe not so good for rinsing out a razor. As I said in the beginning, it really looks nice, functions well, and compliments all the other bronzed items in the bathroom.

My old house was full of Pfister fixtures and I really enjoyed each of them. What Pfister does very well is design attractive products that have a solid and consistent flow of water. Which is very important for these fountain style faucets. Like other reviewers have said, the flow from this faucet is perfect. Doesn't splash all over the place, and looks quite elegant.I also like how large the stopper is. Gives it a different and more updated look.I think my wife said it best, she said its not a faucet "it's an experience". And no, I do not work for Pfister, lol.Ok, so why do I say 4.5 stars?Water does cause spots to show up. Most people won't care, but I find myself wiping it down often to keep a clean finish. Some competitors have figured out how to have the water leave no spots on darker finishes. That would make this faucet perfect.Also, the image shows the sink stopper with the word "Pfister" on it. The actual one is just plain. Not a big deal.Overall, if you are looking for this style faucet, you cannot go wrong here!Cheers

Installation was easy, make sure to watch their YouTube video before starting. No faucet hoses were included. By far the best waterfall faucet I’ve seen so far.

Have a batch of these from 10+ years ago around the house. Not a single leak or cartridge failure. The nickel finished faucets still look pristine. Chrome and white porcelain ones started peeling. Just bought a new batch of nickel faucets to replace them.As other buyers mentioned, they now come with a crimped hot line, to serve the new green agenda. That fault is easy to fix by gently restoring it to a round profile on a bench, or with vice grips.Other than that, they work great. A stream of free running water is neat to look at, and makes a nicer sound than many modern aerated faucets.

Good-looking faucet with easy handling and proper volume volume of water.

Nice design, functions as desired, and gives me a subtle waterfall effect. I'm not seeing a down side.

Had a plumber install and he had to use some of his own piping, but the end result is just beautiful. Seems very sturdy and well made.

It is what it claims - a nice waterfall faucet that seems sturdy and reliable. It’s a new install so I don’t have any longevity to review, but so far I’m very happy with it.
