Excellent quality RAM
I purchased this RAM a few years ago for my Dell Precision laptop. Because of my use case it was extremely important that it was both fast and stable. Unfortunately, I made several purchases of other brand RAM that at first glance appeared to work, but was not compatible, which resulted in freezes and blue screens. Not this Mushkin RAM! This RAM has been rock stable and has passed every memory test I've thrown at it! It was more expensive than the other brands, but well worth it! It was easy to install, and the performance was second to none!

Works fine!
This is for the Mushkin 64GB (2x32GB) CL16-17-17 Dual-Rank (2R) kit. Used on the Dell XPS 15 9570 laptop, the machine did not post until I unplugged the battery and then reconnected the battery. Dell shows the maximum memory as 32GB total but this works as 64GB is 100% recognized. The memory appears to be okay and uses Spectek chips which has the S logo and a division of Micron that is supposedly where the Micron chips that don't pass specifications will get sold as Spectek with lowered specifications after it meets the lowered specifications and passes the tests. Kingston Fury is the only other one with CL16 but the other numbers are actually bigger than 17. Corsair is CL18 and everyone else is CL19 or more.

I'm out of the loop.
I've fallen behind a little on technology so I'm not really sure what the latest specs are these days, but this 64gb upgrade from the 16 that my laptop came with helped boost 4k video rendering speeds. It went from about 1second per second to half a second per second. IOW a 4m 53s video now takes about 2m 20s using the same software and flourishes compared to 4m 53s or more before.

Turn your laptop into a tractor
With the prices of memory historically low - it is a nobrainer to max out your laptop. Windows 10/11 will make a good use of it for caching, and your apps will be snappiest! You can also use the RAMdisk driver for saving the life of your SDD and caching temporary files.
