I bought this for my weight cut for boxing. The pants and jacket work very well. They made me sweat out a few pounds in a few hours of training. I hand wash and hang dry. Lasting well so far for a few months.

Enjoying it really helps in losing water weight. I ordered 5XL and it fits me well, I’m 180cm and was 144KG (317lbs)

This suit is great. Like for loosing weight I highly recommend. I will say the size I got is a little baggy(3x). I normally wear a XL but rthat was too tight for me. I am a Buffy guy just trying to lose body fat and this is worth it.

The pants fit perfectly, the jacket runs small, I ended up having to buy just a top a size larger. This is the only reason I’m giving this product a 4 out of 5 stars. Overall very happy with this product. I’m 5’3” female 208lbs I purchased the XL suits and had to by just a top in an XXL.

Get this set a bit bigger. It needs to be loose fitting. Durable fabric. Creates sweat. Wear something underneath so it doesn’t stick to your body.

This sauna suit is trash do not buy it. I’ve used the top multiple times and it is so far but I finally put on the bottoms yesterday. I want to go tie a drawstring and it came on so 7-8 inches. They are so cheap. I learned the hard way be aware. Durability one out of 10 stars Stitching quality, horrible Stretching us gets there, but you can’t tighten it because the draw stream is horrific Ware ability again top is subpar bottom horrible

Bought this for my workouts and it 100% works. After my workouts I have sweat pooled in the ends of the sleeves and pants. The material it pretty good and I've washed it a bunch now and still no problems. I don't put in dryer obviously I just let it air dry. If you really want to burn calories and sweat buy the suit!

Solid quality and gets you sweating for sure. Ordered based off the size guide and had to send it back for a smaller size. I am 6ft6 and 280lb and ordered the 5x which was way to loose(especially around the wrists). Ordered the 2xl and it fits perfectly size wise, but more importantly it is tight around the wrists, ankles, and the hood to really get you sweating!

The sizes didn't match one another. The pants seems to not offset in size to the top.

To be fair,the product is good but it was mishandled by the courier i want a replacement but only the jacket because the lower is good
