Q: can anyone tell me how to choose the correct size for this men workout？ what waist size does the xxl shorts cover？

I'm 5'11" 185lbs and wear a large (waist size is 34). 2XL would probably be closer to 40+?

Q: Has anybody figured out a way to stop your phone swinging all over the pockets while running with wearing these running shorts for men?
