If you want a ferro rod, select option 2 or 3.
This is a review for Fire Starter Survival Tool–Ferro Rod Fire Starter with 11" Waterproof Tinder Wick Rope, Multi-Tool Striker and Extra Jute Bag - All-in-One Flint and Steel Fire Starter Kit.Luckily, I selected the option for 3 items, otherwise I would have had been annoyed. I had assumed that 3 items, meant 3 fire starters, not 1 wick, 1 ferro rod, and 1 bag. Seems like a pretty deceptive listing, as if you notice one of the reviews underneath mine complains that they only got a wick.The items seem decently made, and work well enough, although I'm not sure I would buy another.

Easy to use
I ordered KonvoySG Fire Starter Survival Tool for my emergency kit because as the description states, it is easy to use, weatherproof, has over 15K strikes, has a small ruler on it and a can opener and a waxed rope. This is the quintessential item to have in my kit.
