LOVE THiS STUFF!
I started buying this on subscription after RYSE stopped carrying it in our local stores, and I’m so glad I did. Most pre-workouts have way too much caffeine for me, but this is the perfect alternative—it gives me a boost without being overwhelming. The Country Time Lemonade flavor is honestly amazing, and I haven’t been able to find another BCAA with caffeine that tastes this good. It’s refreshing, easy to drink, and something I actually look forward to. Really hoping RYSE keeps this product around and doesn’t discontinue it—it’s a staple for me for the past two years.

Ryse is always great. My fav is the Sunny D flavor, but it wasn’t available so I tried out the lemonade. It mixes well and not too sweet.
