Can an air tag find my phone?

Only if you attach it to the phone you want to keep track of and then you would have another phone to be able to download the find my i-phone app on, in order to track the air tag.

Does it work in Android?

I have not tried but just googled the question and the answer was no they do not work with Androids - which was what I expected. Also, the ring is of poor quality - I had to replace it because it kept coming lose.
