Amazing product. It's not in the way at all and you can add so much information on this bracelet. I have a couple of medical issues that medical personnel might need to know if I am incapacitated, instead of having to wear multiple bracelets I now have one that is not even that noticeable. Also easy to use and set up, you just scan the QR code and it takes you to the website. You don't need to sign up for anything and there are no fees for using this.

Sounds like a good idea and bought one. The only problem was it contained a prior owner's information and there were no instructions to change it over to me. Emails to the seller went unanswered.

I love this a lot better than the others where it just says type 1 or 2 diabetic because I can write my information down and go back in and change it if needed.

Doesn't fit my band for my watch, but it can be due to my band haven't end pieces. It was easy to set up though with the medical info. Looks good and everything is clear for reading and scanning.

Nice looking. Easy to set up. Comfortable to wear. Provides vital information to first-responders. Much less expensive than medical ID tags.

This product has exceeded all of my expectations. I am a 69 yo permanently in an electric wheelchair and my husband can leave me alone now knowing that if I have to call 911 that when someone gets here they can now receive all my medical information just my scanning my watch. Also if we go on a trip now all my medical information goes with me. Great product and a thumbs 👍 for value, ease of installation and adds no weight to my wrist! Wonderful!!

I made the mistake of accepting the offer of getting the watch band and the dog tag together thinking that I could link the two and have one on my watch band and one on my keychain. I went through the whole registration process with the watch band and when I tried to activate the dog tag and tried to link my account, it asked if my account information was correct and I said yes and then it said that the account didn't exist. So now I have a watch band with all of my information on it and dog tags with nothing on them because the website will not link the two and there's no way to actually contact this company. It says for help contact at the luckytag.com, but that's just a website, not an email address and when you click on the help link on the website, it just gives you 5 options to choose from (one being how to link and existing account, but IT DOESN'T EFFING WORK!) and ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM WHATSOEVER....

Have had this for around 6 weeks now, was initially worried it would scratch and/or fade but no problems so far. Easy to use and you can fill in lots of information on the app in great details so ideal for those that have multiple diagnosis' and next of kin. Would recommend. Fits an Apple Watch well.

I hope I never have to use it but this is a great one time cost thing that gives anyone with a phone the QRcode to all the medical info about me. No ongoing monitoring charges or anything like that. Slips over my watch band. Great stuff!

I am so happy I found this product. I have a rare condition and seem to collect diagnosis like Pokémon so it’s nice to be able to update as needed without buying a new product! Only complaint I have is the product is a little long so it makes it kinda hard to tighten my watch as needed. I would love if they made a smaller or silicone version!! But overall highly recommend the product! Oh and PS. As someone with really bad sensory issues this causes me no distress or anxiety!
