Modern Style Die Cut Vinyl Numbers (2 inch Matte White)

I really like the look of these numbers on my mailbox. The modern font has a nice style to it. The silver-gray stands out nicely on my black mailbox, and the numbers were easy to apply. The transfer film provided is a nice touch.Suggestion: cut out the numbers you need for both sides, then arrange them equally spaced and lay a piece of scotch tape atop the transfer film. Then you've got a chain of numbers you can carry out to your mailbox, already spaced equally as a sort of template. Then apply and, when you peel off the transfer film, your scotch tape will come with it.

We just purchased a brand new mail box and I liked how these numbers looked, so I thought I'd try them. I've used rub on numbers before and knew it was going to be a bit of a challenge. I followed their step-by-step 6 step instructions - including wiping the area with rubbing alcohol first - even though the surface was 100% smooth, they just didn't want to some off - so I did have to encourage them a bit using the card I used to "burnish" - eventually they gave. However, the 5 tore - you get 4 of each number so you can redo if you don't reuse too many in your actual address. I would be sure NOT to be in a hurry to apply these numbers. We just set the box outside tonight and while we are not quite at freezing temps - we are at about 37 - 40 degrees - so fingers crossed they will stick. Instructions say not to put outside at freezing or below for more than 48 hours after application. Our new box is a granite gray - a bit darker than I was expecting, however, I think the black numbers show up nicely - please see pic. And just fyi... they are not reflective. Time will tell if they are going to stick - and I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. I hope this review and pics was helpful to you!

These look great, but be sure you know these have to be burnished on and then the backing peels off. If you don't do that and you leave the backing on, they look terrible after only a short time. Read the directions! :)

Everyone on our house has a white mailbox with black numbers. So we bought a black mailbox with these numbers. They have a nice matte finish and I’m no sticker expert but they are what I would call “outside quality.” And last week my mailman complimented me on how nice it looked, so forget you HOA.Just make sure when you’re installing them that you account for the flag. We messed up on the first number and when the flag was in the down position it covered up some of the numbers. Thankfully it came with enough 6’s to complete our mailing address. See you soon!

I put these on my metal mailbox in May of 2019. Now it is the end of July and they still look amazing! Since I put them on, we have had torrential rain, 100+ degree days, the mailbox gets full sun exposure on one side all morning and the other side all afternoon- no shade. And they still look great! I wiped down the area with vinegar cleaner before applying and they adhered quickly and firmly, no evidence of peeling or cracking yet. I put number on both sides of the mailbox and there were plenty of "0" for even my long house number.

These are SO nice, large, and easy to read! If you are done with the white numbers printed on the black rectangle background, which everyone should be, these are for you! They are BEAUTIFUL. For the first time in my life I feel like my mail box is classy.

Living in a bungalow, I wanted a certain font just like this. Spray painted the mailbox and then added these according to instructions. Easy to install and so far they've survived the rain and heat here! I don't live where it snows so I've no idea how it holds up to that kind of cold and dampness.

Have had for a few months. No peeling and still looks new. Be careful to align properly when you apply.
