Great zip feature
I use a Foodsaver unit for most of my storage needs, but when it comes to the small amounts in freezer bags, these bags work much better than the foodsaver ones. The ziplock seal is great and holds the seal much better.

Great cheapbway of vacuum sealing. You dont need anything but youtvoelwn homemade source for suction..i.e. Ur mouthm it works

Poorly designed
The opening could be made wider and the double closure are difficult to seal. The removable plug should be attached for it is very small and easily misplaced. Once the air is vacuumed out of the bag, one has to be fast and dexterous to get the small plug over the vacuum port before any air gets back into the bag. It is not a one way valve.
