When your craving poutine this is the stuff ❤️
I can't speak to it's authenticity however it's delicious!! I've had poutine from a restaurant near me and it was like nothing I'd ever tried before and was craving it. I ordered it yesterday and had some frozen fried cheese curds and fries and as soon as it got dropped off I made it! Omg! Soooo darn good! It's a bit expensive but I'll gladly pay it again!

Just like I remember it
I grew up in Quebec and have fond memories of my family eating lunch at St-Hubert BBQ on Sundays back in the 80's.My local Costco sells curd cheese so I picked up a bag, air-fried some French fries, cooked some chicken tenderloins, and poured this gravy onto it.It tastes exactly as I remember it.

Real Poutine Sauce!
Not as good as ClubHouse Poutine sauce but true to the taste of Canadian St Hubert Restaurant! Very expensive due to shipping, if you go to Canada, stack the sauce in your suitcase instead of shipping it!

Proper gravy
A friend of mine from Quebec turned me onto poutine and used this for the gravy. I love that I can get this on Amazon because they don't sell it anywhere around here. Finding cheese curds is another issue.
