The dehumidifier works great, The plug gets super hot through. The few times I've use the ToLife dehumidifier it The same. I don't trust it.

This dehumidifier is amazing! It’s compact, quiet, and very efficient at removing excess moisture from the air. I noticed a big improvement in my room’s air quality within just a few hours. The controls are easy to use, and it’s simple to empty the water tank. Perfect for preventing mold, odors, and dampness. Definitely worth every penny—I highly recommend it!

I bought this to keep in a small display cabinet to control the humidity. It has been a couple of weeks and so far I’m not at all impressed. Although the cabinet is not totally airtight, I have done some sealing of the cracks to limit airflow. So far, I’ve not seen any appreciable drop in the humidity in the cabinet nor have I seen a single drop of water in the drain tank. I can hear the fan running and the light is on, but the unit doesn’t seem to actually do more than blow air around. Size and design are nice for my needs, but performance is really lacking so far especially considering the interior space of the cabinet is far less than the claimed rating of the item. UPDATE (01/2026): Still no sign this thing works at all. I have it in the same cabinet with seals on the door. Fan still runs. Humidity is exactly the same as the ambient room air and I’ve never seen a single drop of water in the tank. Total waste of money.

I poured over reviews for dehumidifiers on Amazon for awhile, and while many had a solid amount of high star reviews, when I would jump to the one star it was discouraging. Most of them said the unit just wouldn’t collect water. So when I found this brand and saw that was not generally feedback, I said why not? Glad I did. It’s a fantastic little machine, and the amount of moisture it pulls from the air is really impressive. It’s quiet, quality and effective. If you have a smaller room your looking to decrease the RH in, look no further. You found the right one.

This little thing is a workhorse! I live in Houston and keep this machine in my bedroom because I don't like breathing soup when I sleep or feeling like my sheets are wet when I get into bed. I empty the basin roughly every other day when it's full. I also love that I can have the light on or off. I hate it when machines have an led light making the room glow that you can't get rid of. Would've been 5 stars, but the automatic shut-off only worked the first time it filled up. Now I have to keep an eye on the basin to make sure I empty it because it won't shut itself off. Inconvenient, but not worth the fuss when the machine works so well.

This dehumidifier helps with moisture in my home as well as smell. Not to mention my kids love the colors it displays and helps them sleep!

I live in a middle apartment that gets zero sun in the living room, leading to damp furniture blessed by the Caribbean humidity. Everything felt like living in a gym where no one wiped equipment after use. I was prepared to throw out my couch 6 months ago and bought this humidifier as a last ditch effort to at least save some sanity while waiting on a new one. This little machine is phenomenal. It is quiet and super efficient. The collection container has proven to be a good size and the auto shut off function works well. I empty it every other day but, as mentioned, I live in the humidity of a gym bro's armpit so that feels like a steal to me. Price is great, interface is simple and lighting is a nice bonus.

Reducing the humidity in Florida is a must in the muggy summer days. This device really pulls in the moisture for our bedroom. This room always seems to be about 5 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Rather than purchasing more a/c, I chose to try this and it improved the perceived temp. well. I think the problem of humidity stems from the rooms proximity to the shower in the master bath. Dehumidifier fills up in less than a week proving its effectiveness. Recommend for small areas of the home.

No lo califico con 5 estrellas porque lo usé en mi recámara que mide aproximadamente 4 X 4 mts por 12 horas y, aunque absorbió algo de humedad porque el depósito de agua se llenó como en un 30%, el higrómetro no registró cambio Se mantuvo en 84% de humedad. Ahora lo estoy usando sólo en el closet, ya que la humedad excesiva del lugar donde vivo, ha causado daños a nuestra ropa. Espero esto lo resuelva. REEVALUACIÓN Ahora lo califico con 5 estrellas, ya que en el clóset donde lo pongo, en 24 horas absorbe casi 300 ml. de agua, así que funciona muy bien para este tipo de uso

Small but works well

This didn’t last long… better off buying a better brand that will actually last longer than 6 months

Used in a basement for an 8x8 room and was unable to do much. Pretty disappointing considering it states it can do a lot more.
