IVI Hair Curling Iron, Tourmaline Ceramic Instant Heat Hair Curler, 1 Inch, Wavy, 2 Piece Set

Granted, I've only used this curling iron once. But, let me start out with saying that I am not a girl who does much to her hair. I'm 31 with stick-straight, fine hair (yet I still have A LOT of hair to my advantage...or disadvantage. Depending on how you want to look at it haha) I chopped off about five inches a couple weeks ago to a lob-style haircut that's about an inch below my chin. My sister kept telling me how cute I looked with curls in my hair. So, I started testing the curls with my flat iron and curling iron. No such luck. I had creases above the curls all around my head and it left me frustrated.My hairstylist then recommended the Beachwaver. However, I was turned away by the price and less than mediocre reviews. So, I saw this little beauty in the other recommended curling irons on Amazon. Saw the more positive reviews and decided to give it a shot. It took me about 20 minutes the first time around but again, I'm not experienced with curling my own hair so I understand it will take a little time to get used to. I provided a picture below of my first attempt. Please note that I brushed through the curls somewhat after they cooled off because they were SUPER tight and bouncy. But, I'm proud of myself! However, I recently learned looking at this page again that us shorter haired ladies can actually just stick the curling iron parallel to our head without sectioning the hair and start curling. I'll try that next time because in my first attempt I was sectioning off pieces which made it take much longer. The only thing I used on my head before curling was a little texturizing spray. I think next time I'll use some of my tousle mousse since the curls fell a little flat after a couple hours (granted, I live in Texas so our humidity is not forgiving in the slightest...at least on my hair it's not). I recommend this product and look forward to being curly-haired in the future!

Let me start off by saying I have thin curly/frizzy hair. Love the volume and curls this left in my hair. Also left my hair soft and shiny. Im getting married soon and was searching for a curling wand to do my own hair so with all the features I decided on this one. The best part of this hair curler is not once did I burn myself while curling my hair. I can also pick which way I want the curl to go towards or away from my face. It will also beep to tell me when to release my hair from the wand. 3 different heat settings so you choose whats best for your hair I set mine on 450° made a more tight curl. It has a feature on it that automatically shuts off after 40min which is great for me because im so forgetful. A couple neat features for the well organized person it has a velcro strip on the cord that you can wrap the cord up and secure it with the velcro strip so it stays nice and neat then it has a loop you can neatly hang it up on. I can say enough about this curler I can't wait to play around more and see what other hair styles I can do.

This curling iron is AMAZING! One of the best ones I've used. It's easy to work with and it gives me the look that I've always wanted: simple and cute waves. I would definitely recommend this for people who have pain when curling hair, because this requires minimal effort. It took me a minute to figure out how to use it, but once I figured it out, I was able to curl my hair quickly and efficiently. The only downside is that the curls don't stay in tact strongly without product, but that's how most curling irons are. It doesn't make a lot of noise either and it heats up pretty quickly. This is definitely going into my new hair routine.

I love this curler. I have a lot of thick/coarse hair and I could finish my hair in about 15 minute with this curler. It is very easy to use. I am not sure how well it will work on short hair because of the way how this curler works. I had an older style curler and even if I set the temperature to the lowest temperature it still seem to damage my hair. This one doesn't do that, it leaves my hair feeling healthy even tho I have bleached hair. This curler is worth every penny and more. I get compliments every single time I curl my hair with this curler.

I LOVE IT!!! I have never curled my hair because I've never been able to get a hang of it. Then I saw this product. This product is DUMMY PROOF!!! I promise it is so easy. You don't have to do much. Just get your hair into the roller. It is so easy that even I could use it with ease. It will also beep to tell you when it is done. Good use of my $$ !!

Wow I can’t believe this curling iron was as easy to use as it looks! I’m hopeless with styling my hair, just can’t be bothered most of the time. Determined to find a curling iron I’d actually use, this one has proven effective; both in saving time and curling my hair. I tried two others before this one that were supposed to make curling easier. But this one is the best. I’m keeping it and I actually might make an effort now with “fancy” hair! The iron gets REALLY hot on highest setting. I usually put hair appliances on highest but I might turn this one down to the medium setting. Surprisingly content with purchase!

I was hoping this would be a miracle worker for my hair. I spent a little more than some of the other competing products. My hair is thick and coarse and wavy and past my shoulders. It would take me years to do my who head. I don't feel that the iron grips my hair well enough nor can it handle large pieces of hair. I really wanted something special. On thinner hair this might work.
