The media could not be loaded. The texture on the fabric is rougher than expected but not bad at all. It's super comfortable, I really like how my lumbar is supported when I sit on it. I have a lot of back problems so this is a pleasant surprise. I'm short, 5'2/115lbs but the back height is just how I like it, for people who are taller when you tilt your head back, you'll be able to rest your neck very comfortably.The seat size is wide, but not too wide. I like like to sit crossed legged on my chair and with the open arm design I can sit very comfortably. the range of seat height is great! some chairs don't go up very high or very low and can be limiting but this chair has great range.The massage function is more just general vibration, not sure what I was expecting, but it wasn't a huge disappointment. Heating function is great! I'm always cold in my office.Good recline, not too sensitive, the chair is also not super heavy. Which I was afraid of, so I'm happy with that, but isn't too light where it feels flimsy.The pieces and instructions are really easy and to be honest, intuitive, I didn't even need to read the instructions. Slight chemically smell from the upholstery, but I'm sure that will fade over time. I really love the look of this chair, substantial without look too gaudy.

Pros: Comfortable, able to recline, feels sturdy. Heating elements built into the chair work well.Cons: Vibration motors are wonky, the one where my shoulders are at will still be going if I turn the other ones off. I have to fully unplug the chair to turn it off. Not a huge deal, but a disappointment.It works as advertised and it's comfortable, I like the chair. I don't think I'll be repurchasing it again though.

The media could not be loaded. Let's start out with this thing is rocking chair!! I can sit at my desk for HOURS playing call of duty and my back not my butt hurts! The massager and heated setting is a nice bonus! This is my 2nd owned chair by this company and my first one lasted years! It comes in a few different colors as well pink just fit my set up the best! The quality is amazing ! Support is very nice and it also reclines! Very pleasing to look at and worth every penny!!

The back of the chair is already broken. Definitely cracked in the lumbar area of the chair. Cannot adjust to back to be anything but fully reclined. Makes more cracking sounds when sitting in it fully reclined. It was put together carefully with no issues. Apparently made with flimsy material.

Didn't realize it was linen material but it's still cute. Massage works okay. Not top quality. The heat is good, feels nice on my back

Great chair. Pretty simple to put together. Massage and heat functions work as expected. Wife loves it.

Looks good feels good … perfect chair for working at home

Chair is overall a beautiful chair, but the cushions are very thin, and you can feel the bolts through the cushion.
