I was going to replace as it wasn't a net to catch dedbry, but then tried out and it is excellent, it caught leaves, sticks as well as pond scum. It has some give, so is able to pick up leaves and dedbry, fantastic

There is a good long reach on this net, which makes it ideal for our large pond in the country, but the weakest point is the rim fitting to the main pole. If you take too much weed or other debris, the fine mesh can hold rather a lot of water, so you need to lift the load slowly to ensure it drains before taking the net out of the water. It is a shame they skimped on this rather critical component on what is otherwise a reasonably well made product.

A little difficult to manoeuvre ! It pivots around. However it has still proved to be very useful.

This arrived in great time and i perfect for my pond as it is at the bottom of a small slope, love the length and wide head easy to use and nice and light.Would recommend this product if you are needing a pond skimmer.Arrived in time and well packaged, highly recommend

This item was delivered a week ago and after using this item only a few times to remove duckweed from our pond the plastic union between net and pole sheared off. Good while it lasted but poorly constructed.

my ponds been infested by duck weed, and this makes an awkward, time consuming , job easy , . slight concern about the unfinished edging on the netting, directly above the handle, , for the price and the companies reputation for quality, you would have thought they would have seen and remedied it . Packing was i little over the top though.

Love this almost flat net. For some reason getting harder to find this type. I am just using it for leaves and the white netting is perfect for finding the tadpoles, little fish and snails you pick up so you can put tilt them back in. Have had similar ones in the past, and the weak point of this style is you can't go knocking into rocks repeatedly with it or you will tear the net that overhangs the frame. Also not designed for serious weight bearing, so if you are fishing the bottom for big clumps of debris you should use a heavier duty net to raise the stuff to the top, then you can follow up quickly with this one to avoid catching little fish and tadpoles.

Nice sturdy product, extends to at least twice it's length. I have a smaller pond but I'm sure would work well in any pond size.
