HD Movie: SanDisk Ultra 16GB SDHC - 30MB/s - Class 6 - Memory Card
This card is working flawlessly in my old inexpensive 'Toshiba Camileo B10 Full HD Movie Camera'. Ihave filmed multiple clips at the high resolution of 1080p and have had no problems. There havebeen no dropped frames or choppy playback. The Class 6 card appears to be working just fine withthis old movie camera.I purchased this card in February 2012 knowing I needed a Class 6 or Class 10 card to keep up withthe continuous flow of the movie camera and so opted for the, then, less expensive card. Even withfilm cameras, if one is going to take bursts of continuous shots or shoot in RAW format, say at asporting event, you will want to start with a 'Class 4' with a minimum of '30MB/s' Read/Write speed.Do NOT try to use a 'Class 2' card for a movie at all. A Class 4 card might work at a lower definitionfrom what I understand, but I have not tried it. Often you will find recommendations for which memorycard to use in the camera's manual. You could also go to the manufacturers' web site for guidelinesof which cards to use as well. Usually there is very good information right on Amazon's product pagefrom the manufacturer that can help you decide which card to purchase. This is another fine SanDisk card that I purchased from Amazon over 18 months ago and received goodservice from the card and from the vendor. I give it 5 stars due to its fine performance and reasonableprice, as well as, quick shipping and minimal packaging.

Works great in my HD Canon Vixia HF 200 and HF 20
These cards work flawlessly.I bought these for my two older Canon HD camcorders, a Vixia HF 200 (only uses SD cards) and Vixia HF 20 (which has an SD card slot and 32 GB of built in memory). I always record at the highest quality setting, 24 Mbps. My camcorders need class 4 or class 6 SD cards to record at the highest quality setting. Since my camcorders are older, they will not recognize class 10 SD cards, which are actually faster than class 4 or 6. Since the camcorders won't recognize class 10, I need to use memory cards that report they are class 4 or 6. Canon does offer a free firmware upgrade for the older camcorders so they will recognize class 10 cards, but I don't want to ship them to a service center to have that done as long as I can find quality class 4 or 6 cards. If you have an older Canon camcorder and a class 10 memory card doesn't work, that's why. Either buy class 4, 6, or send your camera to Canon to get the firmware updated. These memory cards will hold about 2 hours and 55 minutes of video at the highest quality setting. I've put them in the camcorders, hit the record button, and let them record until full to ensure that they don't have any buffer over/under run issues. These cards worked perfectly. I always do this when I get a new memory card to ensure it will work. Even great brands sometimes have an issue, and I don't need any surprises when I need the card to work.I now have enough memory capacity that I can record nearly six hours on each camcorder, in about three hour blocks. I do a lot of two camera shooting and having large capacity memory cards allows me the freedom to not worry about how much "film" I have left. I would definitely buy these again.

HARD To Find...and works great!
I've an adult son who is an avid audio reader because he also happens to be blind. His media device of choice is called the Stream - and it does much the iPod does for the rest of us -- in terms of the primary features of handling music and audio recorded books. He reads up to 10 or more books a week either recreationally or for learning purposes, and likes to keep them all organized, bookmarked, and sorted in particular ways to re-access easily.Once he outgrew the capacity to keep his current collection on a 36gb SanDisk flash memory card -- a dilemma was created. That meant tough choices of what to leave, what to move off or delete, vs always having enough download room to add new books immediately as they hit the market.Though NONE of the marketing or descriptive info about this particular SDXC type of flash memory card referenced this usage, and primarily only spoke of media such as a camera would store, we took a chance. Rewarded! His specialty device recognized the 64gb SDXC just as readily as it had the more standard and diversified one that DID mention other types of storage vs that relating to film, camera, video. Now we just hope what comes next is a step-up in capacity. While my son has backups and other means to off-cycle part of his collection safely, it's a real convenience as it grows for him to have it portably in one location also from a mobile sense.

This is the first time I've tried the SD system for storing files. Got it through Amazon Prime. This is a standard SD, 32GB, and it fit inside my Acer Aspire One AOA-150. XP Home recognized it almost immediately, and then I was ready to copy files. It is recognized as a separate drive. Your manual will tell you what cards are compatible. You pop its curved side, into the slot for SD/MMC, etc. The 'lock' prevents writing to the disk, presumably. To do that, you'll see a very tiny 'lock' slot you move prior to inserting the disc. Recommend you don't do that often, because it looks like the lock mechanism will break if done too often. Just be careful when you use the drive, instead. :)When I first did it, everything was simple, but then the card seemed stuck. I pushed it and then pushed again to release it (standard 'toggle' procedure), but it wouldn't come all the way out. Seemed stuck. But ho, all I had to do was wiggle it slightly from side to side, and it pulled out just fine. That matters, as there are many horror stories on the web about these cards not removing easily.Plus, this little baby comes in its own soft-plastic case, retail packaging; the case side with the raised plastic points makes it easy to know how to put it back rightly. So it's easy to pack and protect. WORTH THE MONEY. Thank you, Amazon! I'm gonna buy more of these!

Glad I paid a bit more for a reliable card ...
Having recently purchased a new camera (Panasonic DMC-FZ250), I was concerned about the required writing speed as there appear to be a few problems with the cheaper cards when you search around the internet. However, this card worked straight away without any problems, and I've not suffered any failed writings even for HD video. Glad I paid a bit more for a reliable card then trying to save a pence and end up suffering the wrath of the wife when videos of kids birthdays fail to write correctly .....

If my memory serves me well....
In today's modern times, people are crying out for my space on their memory cards and hard drives. I bought this walloping 64gb memory card specifically for my new DSLR camera as I will be shooting in RAW format that requires more oomph in terms of space. Bearing in mind that I might also take a few videos too and this card comes in quite handy when it comes to relieving your mind of it saying to you:"How much memory have I got left on my card?".As I was using an old 512mb temporarily, this 64gb card has made me breathe out and go "ahhhh" at the prospect of fitting approximately 360 photographs on it. This will do nicely and it was the cheapest price I could find for it too... anywhere....

Good value and works well!
The problem with reviewing items like this is that they keep changing. The card I purchased is a Class 10 but the Amazon descripion picture shows a Class 6 device which is what I wanted. Reviews are often for a previous device of a different spec because the listings don't keep up with advances in technology.Anyway, what I received is a 16GB Class 10 and I have tested it at 12MB/s continuous write speed so it is up to spec.It came in the proper Sandisc retail packaging so I am totally happy with this item and would recommend it.

Bad performance, good price.
The best was the price, reasonable although I bought cheaper and better cards before from other sellers. However this card, if it really is an "ultra high speed" card, class 10 (as it appears in the sticker of my card, even if it were "class 6" as in the different sticker of the card shown), and 30 MB/s as the description states, it doesn't behave as such at all. It records and reproduces very slowly, especially video, which creates problems when you play the videos, they are not good quality, I was shocked at how bad my recordings of live music performances were compared to other videos recorded with other cards. Next time I will look for other less expensive but also ultra-speed cards that I bought before here in Amazon from other sellers that gave me much better results. I have no other option but to think that this product is not really what it is said here.

Fast and reliable
This was bought for a Kodak camera a few years old, which will not take SDHC cards. In common with most camera manufacturers, and very annoyingly, Kodak do not state the optimum write speed of cards for their cameras, beyond which there is no significant advantage. I therefore bought a reasonably fast SD card from a manufacturer I trust. It's not the cheapest but it works well and Sandisk cards have proved to be reliable. The order process was up to Amazon's usual high standards.

Hard to fault
Hardest thing was opening the package! The read/write classification of cards is confusing, but this Class 4 card DOES write quicker than a card of the same brand with no class label. I assume un-labelled cards are Class 2?. Anyway, the packaging is bulletproof, but does it need to be, given that the card's manufacturers promise indestructability?. The small polythene card case would be fine by itself. Pleased with the price and speed of service from the seller!

very good product and very good price.
when buying products like these in retail outlets you pay over the odds most of the time. This product is of good quality and at a very good price also. I use this memory card in my fuji diving camera and have had no problems at all with it. I have used it on my lap top and my other Panasonic Lumix camera also- works perfectly. very happy with this product.

Does a Great Job
I bought 2 of these great SD cards for a recent holiday. I decided to get 2 x 2GB cards (rather than 1 x 4GB) for practical reasons: (1) it takes quite a long time to upload hundreds of photos for editing, etc. and (2) just in case I got 'separated' from my camera and/or accessories I could retain some of the images that I had taken. The Ultra II cards are really good and the neat little cover protects them well while being unobtrusive. Delivery and packing were both excellent too.

Sandisk Ultra?
I have always purchased Sandisk as I find them very reliable and don't tend to suffer from data corruptions ever! I have just noticed that when writing this review the card I purchased states 30mb/s but the one I received was 15mb/s so watch out for that one! It still works but very slow, I have a 95mb/s card and that makes it look even slower, would have been nice to have the 30mb/s one i ordered. :-( then I would be ticking the 5*stars instead of 3*Chris Walton

crashed on me big time
Crashed after two weeks use for no apparent reason.Sandisk can't explain it they just offer to send a replacement. You can get pictures back with recovery software but forget any video.Next time I'll pay the extra and get something like the Sony sd card.Remember though this is only my personnal experience and it might be ok for others.

Memory card
It's a memory card, it stores data, which it did admirably. I could elaborate by saying that it came in an attractively packaged retail card. The graphic design of the label with the red top bar sitting well on top of the gunship grey lower half lends this product an air of being a serious product. You get the general idea.
