These capsules are medium sized and has many things to aide in energy and immunity. I found I tolerate it better earlier in there is some caffeine in this. I encourage you to do your research and do check the ingredients because there are a lot of herbs and vitamins that can be helpful, but also if you have any allergies or have to watch something, there are many things you may need to check over the list in detail.

The capsules are large and hard to swallow and taste terrible. Also after two weeks they haven't done anything for me.Now results will vary so although they don't work for me they may for you.

These eye vitamins carry all the essentials you need for healthy eyes - lutein, bilberry, grape seed, etc. These capsules are smallish, you receive one month's supply and take two per day. In fact, I am so pleased with this product that when I finished it I ordered another bottle. They work that well. My eyes are not tired, and I can work on the computer without problems. The vitamins and herbs contained are also very good for your eyes, and the price is excellent for the product. I will continue to purchase this and would definitely recommend it to others.

The label was the same as pictured and the capsules were easy to swallow.

This multivitamin is similar to the Alive vitamins I take that have fruit and veggie extracts. I love how these are in capsules and not tablets, because Alive tablets have a weird taste to them. These don't taste like anything, and seem to offer more in terms of immune system benefits.

These vegan organic multi vitamins are easy to swallow. There’s no taste to them.
