Plantar Fasciitis Pain is GONE!
I suffer from plantar fasciitis and thought I would try these insoles. I have a pair of flat sole walking shoes that I wear to walk my dog several times a day. The shoes do not have a removable insole, so I simply inserted these, and put my shoes on. Right away, I could feel the arch support and soothing comfort. OK, now for the REAL test. I took my dog out for the walk, and during the 20 minute walk, I was happy and smiling! Yay, I am pain-free! I can't comment as to the durability, or how long these insoles will last, but... they are truly AMAZING! For the price, you can not go wrong! These Insoles WORK great!

Inserts are necessary to help with PF
Reviews for: - Samarai Insoles: FIVE STARS - WalkHero Insoles: FIVE STARS - ValSole Insoles: FIVE STARS - SB Sox PF Relief Socks: FIVE STARS - Koprez PF Sleeve: FOUR STARS - Vibit (purchased directly instead of thru Amazon): THREE STARS - Tisscare foot massager with heat (purchased earlier somewhere else): FIVE STARS My experience with Plantar Fasciitis (PF): Iโm 64, female, retired for one year, and lead an active lifestyle. My normal routine includes a 4-5 mile walk every morning, pickleball 5x per week, and golf when I can. PF symptoms showed up suddenly about two months ago โ suddenly it hurt too much to walk very far and pickleball was excruciating. It affected both feet, but the pain in my right foot was significantly worse. In spite of all the products that promise fast relief, I learned that managing PF is a multi-step process. Here's what worked for me โ in order of implementation: - I threw away five pairs of worn-out running shoes and started wearing my newest pair all the time. - I quit going barefoot and now wear shoes all the time, even inside the house. - I quite wearing dress shoes or sandals (easy for me since Iโm retired). - I started stretching my heels/calves multiple times per day, with and without a step. - I rolled my foot over a frozen water bottle or a small hard plastic ball with spikes on it. The plastic ball seems to work better, and soon I was using it several times per day. - I bought three different pairs of PF insoles so I could use them all the time. I couldnโt really tell any difference between the three brands I tried, but I think the ones with deep heel cups (WalkHero and ValSole) are better, and those are the two I use most of the time. - I bought SB Sox and now wear them on both feet during all waking hours. - I tried the Koprez Sleeve, but found that it was uncomfortable to wear all the time. I tried wearing it on a walk, but it actually became more painful after about ยผ mile. I tried wearing it for pickleball, and it was wonderful. The Koprez Sleeve allows me to keep playing pickleball. - I tried foam rolling my calves. I think it helped, but it was really hard on my arms. So I quit. - I bought the Vibit, hoping that I could use it on my calves as well as my feet. It vibrated as advertised, but it was actually harder to use than a foam roller and it didnโt seem more effective. It felt good on my feet but I couldnโt tell if it helped or not. Following the directions requires 15 minutes per foot dedicated to using the massager (no multi-tasking is possible). I still use it occasionally if I want a few extra minutes without sitting down with the Tisscare, but I donโt think this purchase helped with the PF. I have also used the Vibit for other things (IT band, back, arms), and it offers a nice massage. - I started using a Tisscare foot massager with heat that we already owned. It seemed to help a lot, and it was easy to use as I could just sit there and let the massager do the work on both feet at the same time while I read or used my phone. Iโm still using it 2-3x per day for 20 minutes. Very much worth the money and I will buy it again if it quits working. Results: - It took about four weeks to research, purchase, and start using all the products listed above. During that first four weeks, I quit my morning walks and cut back on pickleball (I could not play two days in a row). Pain was intense, especially after pickleball or at the end of the day. - Within a couple weeks, the morning pain was better, mostly because I stretched and rolled 2-3 times during the night (I wake up anyway). - After putting everything into place (about four weeks), the morning pain was pretty much gone and I started walking two miles in the morning. I still had pain if I played pickleball โ and the pain continued for the rest of the day. - After six weeks, I was able to increase the morning walks to my normal 4-5 miles most days and experienced only minimal pain with pickleball. - Itโs been about eight weeks, and Iโm still continuing to work on it. Pain is minimal and Iโm able to walk 5+ miles and play pickleball!

Work like they should. I'm happy.
This type of insole essentially cured my very painful plantar fasciitis problem a number of years ago. For me they have been just as good as the 10x more expensive ones from the podiatrist. I buy a new set whenever the old ones wear out or I get new shoes. These particular ones are pretty standard PF insoles. There are a lot of other's just like these, but these were a better price when I got them. Good arch support (and I have very high arches), and enough cushion to keep my feet happy when I'm on them all day. They do not squeak when I walk like some other brands do. They are a snug fit in my 10-1/2 Merrells. Might need trimming to get them in a size 10. Yes, I'd definitely get them again.

Great insoles for relieving foot and heel pain!
Honestly, these insoles have been a total lifesaver. If you're like me and spend a ton of time on your feet, or deal with annoying aches from things like flat feet or plantar fasciitis, you definitely need to give these a try. Here is what I love about them: Real Relief: The arch support hits just right. It actually keeps your feet and legs aligned, so you don't end the day with that miserable throbbing pain in your heels. Deep Heel Cup: It feels like your heel is safely locked in place. Every time your foot hits the groundโwhether you're just out walking or joggingโthe shock absorption really takes the edge off. Sturdy Yet Comfy: The EVA material is awesome. It gives you plenty of cushion without feeling squishy, and somehow your feet don't overheat while wearing them. Easy Fit for Bulkier Shoes: Just a heads-up that these are built for roomier shoes. They fit like a dream in my sneakers, giving them that extra structure they were missing. Pros: Instant upgrade in comfort for everyday shoes. Solid arch support and deep heel cups that actually stay put. Durable materials that don't flatten out right away. Cons: Theyโve got some thickness to them, so don't try squeezing them into tight dress shoes. Overall, if your shoes need some serious backup, these are definitely worth grabbing!

nicely rigid arch vs. more flexy arch in Dr. Scholl's Plantar Fasciitis insoles. Many sizes!
I've used the Dr Scholl's Plantar Fasciitis insoles for a decade to supply the arch my feet need in modern shoes that don't have any arch. Has completely solved a very bad plantar problem. I recently forgot to replace the insoles in a new pair of sneakers and yep, after a week a bad case of plantar fasciitis suddenly started. I put in the Dr Scholl's which started the healing process (I can feel the lump where the shoe's arch should have been), but I was once again wondering if there is an insole out there now with more arch. I've looked in past years and found others either have too little arch, or a massive solid arch that winds up hurting my knees due to no flex and foot angles. SO, I find these Walk Hero and figured I would give them a try. So far the result is spot on! See my photos. The light blue bottom insole is the Dr Scholl's and the black bottom is the Walk Hero. I can easily deform the flexy arch in the Dr. Scholls with my finger. Can't do it with these Walk Hero! The arch is rigid. Yet after 3 days of wearing now my knees are not complaining and my feet feel good. The arch was slightly taller and definitely more rigid than the Dr. Scholls, which so far is playing well with my feet, even after quite a bit of walking. The heel in the Walk Hero feels slightly less padded than the Dr Scholls, but so far isn't making any difference. The big issue is the arch, for my feet anyway. Another HUGE plus: that these Walk Hero come in exact sizes (I'm an 11) vs the cut-to-fit with the Dr. Scholl's. Time will tell! I'll edit this review if the feet/knees start having trouble over the longer term. UPDATE 2/22/26. Well it happened, both knees and right hip started hurting so I had to switch back to Dr. Scholl's Plantar insoles, and better again. Having worn these awhile, on switching, I can immediately feel massively more heel padding in the Dr. Scholl's vs. these. And, of course, the arch support in these is rigid vs flexy in the Dr. Scholl's. Meaning, it seems, more of the walking "shock" gets transmitted to the joints. YOUR EXPERIENCE MAY BE DIFFERENT since admittedly both knees are nearly bone to bone (xrays at the knee doctor) which I've known for a while. Younger people with more cartilage may be just fine. I'm keeping these though! For the reason I originally bought them. In case of another bad Plantar episode having the additional rigid arch support for a few days, plus ibuprofen, may help, like it did this time.

Too Hard. Needs more padding.
These are great if you donโt need any cushioning in your shoes. Tried to use them without my original insoles and they are just too hard. I had to leave my original insoles in and place these on top of them. They are very easy to get in your shoes, due to them being very stiff with a very thin layer of padding. (Which does not add cushioning to your step). They do fit perfectly in my size 9 boot. Iโve only worn them for a few hours with my original insoles left in my shoes. Not sure they are going to work, being that both insoles together make the toes of my shoes too tight and that part can not be adjusted. Definitely needs more padding to be comfortable.

Like prescription orthotics. Fit true to size
These are close to professional orthotics. The size fit perfectly in a 7W shoe. I can put them in almost any flat shoe or boot. Great heel support and these insoles seem very durable. They help my painful, arthritic feet! My last set of orthotics were 350$. These are a great bargain!

Good support around the feet which helps reducing stress on the center
- They work well in my shoes, and reduce the pain in the middle of one of my feet.

Good and durable, comparable to big brands
Excellent support, of similar quality to something I paid 4 times more at the podiatrist. I like the deep heel cup, high arch support and the level of stiffness. Better than Sch*** and Spen*** ones I have tried.

Comfortable, good support for flat feet
As a letter carrier with serious flat feet, I was desperatly looking for better feet saver. I own few different orthotic insoles. They are over 550 dollars but too thick even for my 2 size bigger shoes and arch support is too high ( It is customized. so it should be comfortable) when I wear it my ankle is in pain with lots of pressure. This 20 bucks insole help me a lot. Thin and easy to take them out from the shoes. I'm new lettercarrier I walk at least 20k to 30k steps a day. I have new blister everyday and I lost toe nails. I bought some new shoes and I was looking for insoles. I found this insole on amazon for another trial, and It was thin to fit my shoes but so comfortable!! I read another customer's review for durability. I cannot tell it is not durable or not yet cuz I've been using it only 1 week. I found out there is moist under insole so I keep it as in the photo. Print is wearing out but still ok. I try to walk properly as my chiropractor recommand. Walk heel to toe. Reach the heel on the floor first. I ordered second pair too. Hope it last 6 month for each.

Good Quality and Works!
This is the first time I heard of this brand and bought 2 pairs of these insoles. They arrived on time and looked well built with ample support to the arch, which is great for those with flat feet or near flat feet. I worn it for 2 days to work and can feel the support to the arches and heels is there. My job requires me to walk a lot and it provided sufficient support such that my feet do not feel tired and heels painful at the end of the day. Durability wise remains a question as this is my first time using it. Hope they will last.
