Durable product which does not roll off your skin like others. Is quite comfortable and holds in the muscle, and reduces the pain especially when getting out of bed.

Once I figured out how to place the tape, how much tension was needed, and remembered to use alcohol to prep my skin (first), I felt better than I have in a long time. It's difficult to put the tape on by yourself, but I can do it! My knees and low back felt so much better. KT Tape Pro stays on my skin for as long as 2 weeks. I'm desperate to relieve my pain, so I use Original (blue) Dawn dishwashing liquid on my knees and low back after my usual shower or bath, then I liberally soak several paper towels with rubbing alcohol and scrub my knees and low back. While allowing the alcohol time to dry, I either use a hot hair dryer or sit in front of a space heater, warming my knees. Only then do I apply the tape and use the backing paper to rub the tape to create friction. I was amazed that the tape stayed on for two whole weeks. I did have to trim a few small areas that curled from my jeans rubbing the tape. Be sure to watch the videos to decide how much tension you need to use. The first time I put it on my back it hurt badly because I pulled it to much. I was able to reapply the tape and warm it with the hair dryer. I was happy that it stuck again. Also the ends do not stick well to tape. Your anchors must be on your skin with no tension. Thank you for this excellent product!

Overall great product, thick, and flexible. Used for belly support with pregnancy. However have to an agree did cause mild skin irritation, and I’m not one with very sensitive skin . Very small, fine rash but itchy

I had lower back surgery years ago and try to stay active to keep up with my grandkids. I've been using Ktape on my knee but when I saw they made these WIDE strips I just had to get for my back...It helps SO much and fits my whole lower back from left to right side, with a small stretch in the middle and can wear for almost a wk at a time by air drying aftr showering. I HIGHLY recommend it❤️‍🩹

Get this if you have dysphoria. The wide size is perfect. I have sensitive skin, and this was surprisingly gentle on my skin. After the fourth day, it gets a little itchy and starts to peel at the corners, but that's to be expected if you're wearing it in areas that sweat deposits. The adhesion is pretty strong and lasts in the shower, but make sure you pat dry in that area and don't rub or else it will peel off. The precut size is good and no alterations are needed to get it to work. The main downside is the price for the amount you get. I would like to see 20 strips for the price it's at right now.

Gave it 3 stars, first time I used on knee and hand felt like it was working not too much pain, used again a few days later and didn’t seem to work as well as the first time I used it.

I have used KT for years and find it extremely helpful in recovery from muscle strain a pulls. Beware of wannabes Only KT for me. Website will teaches you how to PROPERLY APPLY who’s is the key.

You can shower and it stays on you. Just pat dry and dress and go. You can wear this tape for joint or back support so you don’t feel pain and it activates the multifidi muscles when used it up your spine. Excellent choice when you fly long distance or cruise ship into ports that have a lot of stairs.

Used this for my lower back injury I’ve had for about a year now and it’s really good at suppressing the pain when doing exercise I don’t even realise I have back pain sometimes it’s really effective

I have arthritis in my lower back which causes me a lot pain. I put a strip of the tape on my back and it helps alleviate the pain. I definitely recommend it.

I love the width of this tape. I wish it was a bit less flexible for the back, giving it a more supportive feel. The edges of the tape starts peeling off after just 2 days. I'd rather wear this than take something for pain and discomfort. This really does provide pain relief.
