This is a really nice product. The lavender flavor isn't as strong as I would like it to be but I use it in my tea and coffee very often. I'm very satisfied with it.

A very good flavor, just need a little at a tome

I was really excited to add this syrup to my morning matcha routine, but I ended up being pretty disappointed. It adds sweetness, but there’s little to no lavender flavor at all. I absolutely love lavender flavored drinks and desserts, so I was expecting a nice floral taste, but this just tasted like plain sweet syrup. It doesn’t even smell like lavender. If you’re looking for a true lavender flavor, this unfortunately wasn’t it.

The coffee syrup is pretty good and has a very lovely purple colour, but to me it doesn't taste quite as floral as lavender does. It tastes and smells a bit more like a sugary vanilla than anything, but there is a small hint of a lavender taste if you try and imagine it. It goes quite well in a lavender london fog, though I would highly recommend supplying your own dried lavender tea to make the taste stand out. One good thing is the bottle does fit with a regular pour spout, which is useful. Overall, I feel that the lavender taste is a bit weak and the syrup is too sweet to let any floral note shine, but it's good to use as an occasional splash in some tea.
