Will this basket fit a 14" bike?

It should fit fine. It fits my daughter's 12 inch.

Just push down on the edge of the blue snowflake. Release it, when you release it, it snaps up and hits against the blue metal and makes a ping.

Will this fit a 20" bike?

It’s a universal fit, but the attaching hardware is weak. I used plastic wire ties like you get from hardware store. Has been fine.

Will this fit a somebody turning three?

Yes, my 3yr old puts her toys in it on her bike
