Will these fit a 7 inch rim

No. 245 would be ideal for a 7” rim.

are these tires good on the street

The ET Mickey Thompson Street Tires are some of the best I've used I've tried Mitchell in top-of-the-line, nitto top of the line. But these tires are even great for everyday and are holding up really well. I have a heavy foot and I do race the car on Wednesday nights at the track I go through one really good heat cycle and they're good for the night but a few hours afterwards they're even good to drive again on the street when they go bad I will buy another pair

What is the average mile life span?

About two summers depending upon how you drive or burnouts you do.

Is this tire 300 treadwear or more?

mickey thompson et r and et ss are dot approve drag tires street legal but no warranty or milage cooper cobra gt and mastercraft avenger gt are 50k warranty every day drive
