Sasa Demarle - Fluted Square Cake Flexipan

I've owned Demarle products for more than 15 years now and I've also owned other brands of silicone bake-ware. Demarle has so impressed me that I have begun collecting pieces for my daughter's kitchen. I know that Demarle will last. Because I've tried so many other (less expensive) brands in silicone bake-ware, I've come to the conclusion that this is top-of-the-line and it is worth the expense. I find them superior for the following reasons: 1) because you can roll them up whereas other brands are thicker/stiffer 2) because they are thicker they are harder to clean 3) again, because of Demarle's thinner construction they roll up easy and are super easy to store and 4) and probably my #1 reason for preferring Demarle to other silicone brands, Demarle silicone is consistent with the non-stick properties, releasing food easily.
