If you value your time, patience & and sanity. DON'T do any type of business with BEACH CAMERA. I purchased this bundle because I thought it was a good deal. Well... I was so wrong. Beach Camera have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.But no...That is not all. The software package you're supposed to receive comes on a pamphlet with a login and password code that you're supposed to use to download the software. When you do, it will say that your email address (code) has been blocked. I called Beach Camera with this issue and I was emailed a new code. 2nd code was also blocked. I contacted TECH SMART. Which is who wholesale the software to BC and I was told that they get this type of complaint daily because BC sells the same code over and over and over.I called BC Camera a 3rd time and they said that they would send me a new code which as today I am still waiting for. Amazon you as a highly regarded company must do better to protect the integrity of your service. Get companies like BC off your platform so you are not in complicity with this scam.Update: I received a 3rd code which supposedly was guaranteed to work. But as you now know. The words of Bach Camera don’t have any value. So guess what? IT DIDN'T WORK EITHER! Now the drone itself is authentic, but every single item added by BC is questionable. In the end, I had no choice, other than to cancel my purchase.
