Excellent tv, brilliant quality picture and good sound quality. Only disappointing feature is the inability to update the smart apps made available.

This monitor/ TV works well and it has a very clear, bright and well-defined picture. The Programme Guide text is clear enough to read from 5 metres distance. Also, there is very little "fading" when the screen is viewed from either side (not from directly in front of the screen). However, there are three less-than-good features of this receiver. First, the sound quality does not match the picture quality. There is insufficient bass output to make either voices or music truly enjoyable. And the overall sound seems to favour the mid frequencies. This is the sound I would expect from a medium-sized portable radio. Second, even though there are two USB connections on this receiver, nither of them offer the facility of recording programmes directly to a hard drive so that one cannot "pause" live TV and replay it. For a receiver of this quality, with such excellent Smart features, this is a serious and disappointing omission. Thirdly and finally, when the receiver is connected to the Internet, it has the effect of apparently reducing the TV RF signal coming to the receiver from the aerial. Several channels, which have only moderate signal strength, but which can be received without problems when the receiver is not connected on-line, suffer from intermittent signal loss when the receiver is connected to the Internet. This is a very disappointing feature of an otherwise good piece of equipment.

Superbly good for both a monitor and a TV. Picture great in HD, blacks also excellent, the best way to check the quality of the screen image, and movement extremely smooth. Recommended.

This tv monitor for almost £250 no have Netflix there is all video services but no Netflix its make me very disappointed about this :((( but tv is very nice ))) but no have Netflix there is Amazon Video but no have Netflix :@ its all about Netflix if you use Netflix not buy this tv there no have Netflix.

Great picture.If you wall mount the stand is a pain to get off and you actually need to take the back of the TV off to get rid of the bulge.Sound is pretty weak, for use in a kitchen I've had to add a sound bar.Not having Netflix is just absurd and very annoying.

Don’t touch with a barge pole. I have had this for less than 2 years and it has broken twice now. Reading reviews there is a problem with the screen with it going dark or black.

I was very pleased with the TV,many usefull features and picture quality was very good .The one thing that was lacking was no audio phono out but it has digital optical out but thats not much good going into a analogue amp,and as to be expected the speakers in the tv are not good

Picture is good. The responsiveness of the controls is a bit sluggish. I press the remote and there is a slight delay before the cursor moves. Most disappointed though that Netflix is incompatible with this TV. Amazon Prime works and lots of other players but not Netflix. What's with that?
