What is the best workout to do? The workout you do is the best workout, loved this threadmill, wish it was bigger and handles and all but it’s okay does the work. Works efficiently on inverter battery current and voltage fluctuations in my village. Cons: Small cranking sound is coming on 5kms, will stop abruptly if you do 5kmph for more than 15 mins, good at 4kmph
