LUCASICustom 58" Sneaky Pete Pool Cue with Upgraded Low Deflection Shaft

Very Pleasantly Surprised
My cues were stolen, so I bought this one as a quick replacement until I found what I was looking for. This cue shoots so great! The quick lock joint is amazing. The shaft has very little vibration and deflection. Very clean and crisp hit. Tip is great for a stock tip (I prefer a super soft tip but this one is very close). Stick is as straight as an arrow and very aesthetically pleasing. The wood finish and pearl inlays are classy. I believe mine was a 20 oz, which was still an amazing player, but upon removing the 1.5 oz weight in the butt of the cue made it a 18.5. For me, has a perfect balance, solid hit, smooth stroke, and good look. For the price , I am so very happy and highly recommend this stick. Never was a big fan of sneaky Pete's but this one shoots like a 500+ cue and is a sleeper. If you're looking for a cue that puts you in control and doesn't bring too much attention while youre at the table, this cue is for you. Been using this one for a few months now and in no rush to get something else. Swept a lot of good players thinking they'd beat me cuz of my 'basic stick'. Super fun cue, highly recommend it.

Great Cue, Might Want to Check Out Lucasicues.com
Lucasi makes a very high quality cue for a very good price, and the LZ2000SP may be their best value. The LZ2000SP is a very handsome Sneaky Pete (looks like a house cue), but maybe too good looking for some if maintaining anomininity is of utmost concern since the stick does have inlays on the butt. However, in my view the cue is a very benign from 10 ft away, and is really what you want from a Sneaky Pete. The Uni-loc wood-on-wood is not only an solid connection, but only takes a few revolutions. The version that Amazon sells comes with the standard pro-taper zero flex point solid shaft. If you buy the cue from Lucasi direct, you can upgrade the shaft for only $60 to their hybrid low deflection shaft. The hybrid zero flexpoint is a very high quality shaft that sells for nearly $200 on nearly every billiard website. So I returned the version I purchased from Amazon because Amazon doesn't provide the ability to upgrade to that awesome shaft. The standard shaft is a very nice stick, but the hybrid shaft attached to an 11.75 MM tip is a freaking doctors scalpel on a 9 ft professional slate table. A predator equivalent will run $450, compared to a $270 Lucasi. The Predator might be slightly better, but quite frankly I'm not good enough to be able to tell because my Lucasi is a tremendous stick!

It's a great pool stick......
It's a bit pricey, but it's all worth it. Must buy a case to protect it.

Great cue for a nice price
I bought this cue for my husband for Christmas. He had a McDermott cue which was much more expensive. That one got stolen and he researched many cues, looking for a replacement. Based on the reviews, I bought this one. He loves it. He said it is actually as nice or maybe even nicer. It is a super nice cue for a nice price. Take a chance on this one. You will be glad you did.

This is what I do not like about reviews.
It is a shame to me that I can not just say "I like this item".

Ball Throw
Great Balance! Finish allows cue to slide easy thru fingers! Transfer of english makes object ball throw with little effort!
