My little boy (age 6) is autistic and absolutely loves this little drone! It's super easy to control with the hand motions, and the LED lights make it look awesome flying around the house. It is very stable and has collision avoidance built in so it doens't bump around the place. The hand gesture 360 degree flip is a neat trick that takes a little while to master, but once you get the placement of the sensors, its' easy to perform consistently. The battery life is very decent considering its' size and the drone charges up quickly. It's a great way to introduce kids to the fun of drones and I would highly recommend this little drone! :)

Bought this as a Christmas present for my son, as an extra bit of fun. I wasn’t sure what to expect because there are so many similar products that seem to be very cheaply made and have bad reviews. I am so impressed by this one. It worked straight out of the box and was one of the favourite presents. The battery doesn’t last long before needing a charge, but it also doesn’t take too long to charge. The special feature of this one, over most others is that it senses when it gets close to something and changes direction. This means you can pass it around, but just holding your hand up and “pushing the air”. It can also do a flip if you hold your hand above and then below. It is lightweight (as it would need to be), but has already survived several falls from height onto hard floors without any damage (it occasionally automatically turns off when it bumps into a wall/ceiling and crashes). Overall, for the money, I am very impressed and it was a perfect little fun present. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars is the short battery life -probably about 5 mins play each time, but still great.

I bought this for my grandsons birthday as an extra present. Once he opened it all the other presents were forgotten! At first it appeared very flimsy and lightweight however having used the drone I realise that it was designed to be light and very robust to enable if to fly. The drone is unlike anything else we have purchased, it really is well designed, simple to use and great fun for all ages (even my 2 year old granddaughter loves it!). With a little practise you can get the drone to carry out some amazing stunts. I love the lights on the drone which look impressive when it in flight particularly in the dark. The only down side to the drone is the length of time you can play with it before needing to be charged (approx. 5 minutes with all the lights on). I like the fact that you can recharge the drone fairly quickly (approx. 45 mins.) and that it doesn't require separate batteries. We use it both in side and out doors, everyone loves it from toddlers through to adults, it really is a great toy that you will not want to put down!

It's a good little toy but once hair gets around the propellers it's game over. Not sure how your meant to get inside it to remove all the hair. My son loved it but after a week stopped working properly.

Understandably, this a cheap and cheerful toy, but being meant for children, it must be known that the instructions and detail shown on the description, do not actually relate to the product in itself. So, rather than letting a child down and them getting massively excited, just be aware that this is a very poorly-made, and unfortunately, for me, unusable product. I tried everything I could, which, owing to the nature of it, simply meant ensuring the battery was charged. Full-battery - the item had a mind of its' own. If you placed your hands close to it (if you managed to get close enough as it was extremely sporadic) it would fly off and there was no control to be able to even perform the simple "air spin". It barely stayed in the air either. Yes, there are sensors but getting too close to a wall or cabinet, it would fly off and crash. A real shame as with some refinement I am sure this would be a great gift for someone. I'd spend the extra on an actual drone, should funds allow. I may have had a bad drone but please do get it early, so you can try it before disappointing whoever the item is for.

Bought for a 6 year old birthday. Great gift, the kids haven’t stop playing with it.
