I bought this specifically to remove the skin from a salmon filet. It works like a charm. It's so much easier to do with a flexible blade!

Decent knife. Hasn’t held an edge as well as I would’ve like

Very satisfied with the product. On-time delivery, as well. I ordered the flexible model. I probably should have ordered the standard model, as the flexible one is a bit too flexible for my application (hog fish fillets). That being said, it's an excellent product and good value for the price.

Does not hold an edge very well. Feels decent in the hand and has nice flex

As advertised. Sharp, fexible, great grip. All a growing boy needs to disembowel a fish.
