I had one of the worst experiences with this Lifelong mixer. I bought it from Amazon with the expectation that it would at least last for a decent period, but within just **one month of use**, the speed control button stopped working completely. A mixer is supposed to make life easier in the kitchen, but this product has only caused frustration and disappointment. To make things worse , neither we can claim a refund nor a replacement since i bought online from amazon. I am left stuck with a faulty product and zero support from the brand. This shows the poor quality and lack of reliability of the Lifelong brand. I would strongly advise others **not to waste money on this mixer**, as both the product quality and after-sales service are extremely disappointing. cant rate zero hence 1 rating

Just bought few months back from amazon, now Jug is not working, blades are not moving or rotating, its jammed completely. Needto get new Jug but don’t how can i get no, with 3 months money wasted for this item.

Poor built quality-Low quality plastic with steel Jars. Not good enough for daily wet grinding purpose for making rice batter.

Received damaged condition, I am not recommending this product 😞

Honestly, Lifelong se kuch bhi mat lena. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Meri mixer grinder 1 mahine se bhi zyada time se kharab hai, aur product abhi bhi warranty mein hai. But inko koi fark hi nahi padta. Itne din ho gaye, abhi tak mera product theek nahi hua. Customer care pe call karo toh executive call uthate hain, phir hold pe rakh dete hain. Bolte hain ki callback aayega, but uske baad koi call nahi aata. Phir khud hi baar-baar call karo, same cheez explain karo aur phir wahi waiting. Seriously, warranty ka kya fayda jab warranty claim ke liye hi customer ko itna pareshan hona pade? Ek simple mixer grinder theek karne mein inko 1 month lag raha hai. Na proper update, na proper response, na koi responsibility. Bas customer ko baar-baar follow up karwao. Mujhe samajh nahi aa raha ki customer ko apna product theek karwane ke liye itna chase kyun karna pad raha hai. Paise lete time sab kuch fast hota hai, lekin service dene ki baari aati hai toh koi response nahi. I am genuinely frustrated now. Itna time waste kar diya inki customer service ke chakkar mein. Please, Lifelong ka product lene se pehle ek baar inki after-sales service ke reviews zaroor dekh lena. Product kharab ho gaya toh warranty ke naam pe aapko bhi months tak chase karna pad sakta hai. Never buying anything from Lifelong again. Totally disappointed.
