Q: Does this come in plus sizes?

I think the L/XL is really a 1X maybe 2X. I am a true XL and the robe overlaps one pocket. Very roomy, very tall and very long sleeves also roomy.

Q: Is it warm enough to go outside in the winter?

This is a plushy comfortable robe that will be very nice to wear around the house. If you wanted to, for example, go out in it and pick up your newspaper you could do that in comfort. I wouldn't want to wear it for a long period of time outside.

Q: If you wear a size medium shirt would you recommend the medium size for the robe or get a size large just to be safe?

I am very broad-shouldered and typically size up to a large women’s shirt size. I got the medium and found it quite comfortable- AND the sleeves weren’t too long! 😋 I advise getting the medium.

Q: I am 5 feet and 106 pounds. Seems the S/M will be huge on me?

Not at all. I am a large and the XL is alittle tight on me - so the S/M will probably fit perfect. I don't think that they were using the "USA" size chart when creating the sizes.
