You need to use this with skill and caution to make it effective.
I was very cautious about this having read a lot of mixed reviews about products like this and how easily they can bruise, or be totally ineffective. For me, this has been fantastic, and I have some experience/advice to share on some common issues: Bruising: if you know you bruise easily (think about how easy it is for someone to give you a hickey - if it’s easy, then your might bruise easily) then expect some bruising. This one comes with a soft silicon tipped nozzle which is less abrasive and allows for softer suction, so this is a good one to try the first time with in case you are worried about bruising. Suction not bringing dirt/blackheads out: it needs a few goes to loosen up. What came out on my second go, a few days after the first, was phenomenal. After my first go, my skin was aggravated, blotchy, and bumpy. The next morning, I had a few small white heads appear - showing it had brought a bit of deeper dirt to the surface. On my second go, the nozzle got out a lot of dirt, visibly. Very satisfying. My pores look to have shrunk in certain areas. I feel that after a few weeks of using, my skin will be much clearer and my pores much smaller. My partner faired even better, the large pores on his nose were unblocked on first go, and immediately got a lot smaller. To make the most of this device, use sensibly and with care for your skin. Open your pores first by having a Hot shower or washing your face with warm/hot flannel and water. Keep the nozzle moving across your skin so it doesn’t linger and bruise. Remember that it is a process which takes longer than simply one one-off use, so don’t feel disappointed if it is a bit meh the first time, and don’t feel like you have to be aggressive with it and get specific problem areas sorted out all in one go. Be zen with it, and it will deliver. Very happy I got this - I feel it’s much more effective than messing around with this blackhead strips and other faffy skin products.

Powerful blackhead remover
Works as it should in removing blackheads. Powerful suction but has levels you can choose from. May need to try it first as a test before going on your face etc. Comes with Different heads but I’ve only used so far. The only thing is that it doesn’t have a flat bottom so cannot stand by itself.

It really works! Better than the strips!
I searched carefully and bought this one. It arrived the next morning and worked ways more effective than I expected! When I showed my husband all the dirt it took out from my face, he gave me a disgusting look “what is it?”, “It’s from your face? You are disgusting!!!” :)) But then he kept giving compliments on how my face looks clean and smooth, and we came up with a deal that I will use the blackhead remover on him next weekend lol I write this review as I saw Youtubers and some Amazon customer reviews showed the bruises and said the blackhead removing suction does not work. In those videos, I find some Youtubers didn’t prep their skin at all, and just used the suction on their dry skin Eww!!! Seriously? You don’t want to do that to your skin. So, to avoid all the bruise and make it effectively works, I follow these steps: (1) Use a makeup remover (whether you make up or not, you should not skip this step) (2) Face Wash (3) Steam your face for 5-10 minutes (if you don’t have a steamer, just boil a pan of water and throw in it ginger, orange/lemon/lime zest, mint or lemongrass, etc.) (4) Use the blackhead removing suction (I find the big head works the best for blackhead) (5) Toner (6) Lotion mask (7) Serums (8) Moisturiser (9) Facial Oils (10) Use a cooling stone roller to tighten the pores (I am using a Rose Quartz one, but thinking of getting a Jade one as well) (+++) Finally, I clean the suction with water, wipe it with Bioderma micellar water and Rubbing Alcohol. My face turns to a pinky red after I use the suction but NO BRUISE as I worried, even I did step (3) and (4) twice as I was super excited (not a wise thing to do though) lol After I finished all the steps, my face was clean and smooth amazingly. By the time I went to bed the pink colour on my face was much faded. In the next morning, there is no sign of that pink colour, just smooth skin and happy lady :D To sum up, despite I was worried about the bruises as rumored, it actually didn’t happen to me. Although, to be fair, I think if I use nose strips and my nails, it will not be only red, pink or bruise, but also scars and blood :)) So, I am very much glad I bought this! Again, the key point is prep your skin xxx

Bruise maker
Wife asked me to get this for her. It arrived the next day - impressed. But this is not an impressive device. The instructions, such as they are, say “enjoy healthy and beautiful life” that’s a high bar to set for a blackhead remover. The rest of the instructions were unclear and unhelpful. Warns you to ensure that the filter sponge is properly installed but no word on how, where or what that is. The device has three strengths. She started slow. Keep moving ... don’t stay on one spot for more than two seconds ... then it attached itself to the skin on the upper cheekbone in its less than one second pass. What to do? Wrench it off or turn it off? Turned it off but unfortunately the only way to turn it off is to scroll through the two increasingly intense suction modes. Now she has a beautifully red ‘love bite’ like bruise by the eye. This does not bode well for the healthy and beautiful life we were promised. Does it remove blackheads, though? No, no it does not. It may be useful for removing splinters. It’s not worth keeping it for that rare eventuality. Packed up, back in its box, ready to return. And she’s going back to using the pore clearing strips from ‘Home & Bargain’ which cost about a quid but actually work.

Effective but use with caution and be gentle
I have been carrying out a comprehensive skincare routine for the most part of 3 years now, consistently, and having tried about every product under the sun that says it minimises blackheads with no results, I came across this product as a last resort. Generally I am not one to try such abrasive methods on my skin since it is quite sensitive, especially since the facial region is even more so, however after reading some promising reviews and hearing some esteemed professional’s opinions online I thought I’d give it a go. I started by steaming my face as recommended using some hot water and a towel over my head to open my pores and soften any dirt that may be under the skin. After doing so for around 10-15 minutes, I began to use the product. I found that on the lower settings I couldn’t see any visible residue being pulled out, so naively decided to ramp up the power to the maximum on using the most abrasive head as instructed in the manual. This was a pretty huge mistake. Although it did an excellent job of pulling out all of the dirt and left my nose practically bereft of all blackheads and mildew, it left me with some nasty bruising and scars. To help accelerate the healing process however I iced my face straight afterwards for the swelling and did apply some Arnica cream nightly which did wonders over the early days, and in about a weeks time, the scarring had dissipated, although I did happen to look like someone had just punched me in the face which wasn’t ideal for social settings. Overall I’d say it’s an effective product that says what it does on the tin, but if you want to keep your sanity and not be completely bruised, I recommend starting of on the lowest setting and gradually removing the dirt from the skin as apposed to one harsh period, small increments are much better and sustainable. Also highly recommend some sort of anti-inflammatory ointment straight afterwards in order to minimise the bruising.

WARNING, GROSS PICTURES IN THIS REVIEW
Holy sebaceous filaments, batman! This thing is INCREDIBLE! Comes well packaged, with several different heads, filters, and a USB charging cable. This device has really powerful suction. I first tried it on the lowest setting to get used to the sensation, then turned it up fully and went to town on my face. You can actually see your skin being pulled slightly into the nozzle, such is the force of the vacuum. Blackheads, whiteheads, blocked pores and excess sebum don't stand a chance! Despite the high level of suction, using the machine is completely painless, which for me is essential. I placed this over one particularly nasty spot and it sucked out the core in a flash! So much better that squeezing! Totally painless and just as satisfying. The pictures I have included are from my first time using the gadget, mainly focusing on my T zone, where I get oily. I was both disgusted and delighted about how much grossness I pulled out of my skin! I recommend this to anyone who wants to really deep clean their skin. It's fantastic! I found that it works best if you use this soon after showering or bathing as this will open your pores, making it easier for the vacuum to suck out the contents. When you are using the handheld, do not keep it on the same area of skin for more than a couple of seconds. I gave myself a hickey on my chin by not following the instructions and leaving it in place too long. Very attractive! When you have finished, cleanse your face, tone to tighten the pores, and use a nice moisturiser. Also be sure to wash the nozzle to prevent a buildup of bacteria. This can make the skin look a bit red after using, so it is best not to use immediately prior to a hot date. A cold flannel helps reduce this issue quickly, though it does go away on its own. Apologies if I've put anyone off their food with my pictures, but I really wanted to show what this contraption can do!

Stopped working after a week of use
Unfortunately, this worked really well for about a week and then it stopped working. I’m sending it back for a refund. It is a shame as it worked really well, I have ordered a different brand and hope that it does not stop working randomly like this one did. Just a warning, as although it is not very expensive, you don’t want to throw away your money.

Good product
Got this after a friend has recommended a suction tool to get rid of the blackheads (she didn't recommend this one, just generally advised me to get one). I used it about 4 times now. First 3 times it felt like it wasn't sucking much and I even used it at the last level (level 3). But oh boy, now at the 4th time, the lowest level left me with lines on my face :)) overall, it leaves a beautifully clean and neat face, this 4th time I could clearly see how much dirt it sucked from my pores. I steam my face with a pot of hot water (I use peppermint essential oil as well) and a towel over my head. I am now satisfied with the purchase, and I will certainly pay more attention to the areas I use it on. Marks usually dissapear after a couple days for me. The lines I got on my face look like scratches, so I think they will be easily covered by make-up. Otherwise, good product, just don't underestimate it :))

Do not sleep on . GET IT NOW. PERIOD
I broke the one I have and I wanted to buy another one. I bought one that I thought was really good because it was more expensive and it would work the best. I used it once and it broke, then I saw this one and it was inexpensive and I thought it probably would not work boy was I wrong oh this thing is a snatcher. It took all the impurities out of my skin and more. It’s extracted all the impurities all the pimples all the blackheads everything. If you come across this one and you’re wondering if it will work, let me tell you about it, buy it You will not be disappointed.

Works Well for Blackheads, Just Needs Careful Use
I’ve used the VOYOR Blackhead Remover Pore Vacuum twice now and overall I’m very satisfied with the results. The suction power is quite effective, especially on the medium and high settings and it does a good job removing blackheads and excess oil when used correctly (after opening pores with a warm towel and steam). I really like the 3 adjustable suction levels and the 6 different heads as they make it easy to use on different areas of the face and for different skin types. The device is lightweight, portable and simple to operate with just one button. Battery life is also decent and cleaning the heads is quick. The only reason I’m giving 4.5 instead of 5 stars is that the strong suction can be a bit intense at first especially for sensitive skin so there’s a small learning curve. You need to move it continuously and not hold it in one spot. Overall, a good value for the price and a helpful addition to a regular skincare routine if used carefully.
