Q: Is it hard to inflate this by mouth after cabin pressure has been established?

It was not hard ... but it did take some time. I have now purchased a travel air pump for use during our next flight. I a hoping that will take less time to inflate it. Once inflated it holds pressure quite well and our twins loved using it!

Q: Has anyone used this on an Air France flight with kids?

Hi... I used this pillow on Singapore Wirlines and they allowed it .. Also I called up the Airlines prior to my flight and I used it without any problem

Q: What is the material of this foot pillow? Will is slowly deflate like other inlfatable product?

It is made of a soft touching fabric, similar to other head pillows you can buy for airplanes. It has a 2 valve system and will deflate super fast. We deflate ours after landing and before we stand up it is already in the bag.

Q: The description says it's 'Height Adjustable' but there is no other mention of this feature. How do you adjust the height?

The pictures are extremely deceiving. If you need to adjust height you literally deflate it and then its not as firm/structured. There are NOT two valves and separate compartments for air. Would only recommend if you are going to use it for full height.
