I love this heating my neck on cold winter evenings. It's warm and comforting, just the right size.

I love that this keeps the stuffing evenly distributed and the material is very soft. Stitching on entire product is very well done. The design is well thought out. Love the handles. The slight weightiness to it not only helps keep the pad in place but the weight itself feels good on the neck/shoulders. While the weight keeps it in place, you could also find simple ways to keep the two loops at the end together for even more stability (large clip or piece of velcro threaded through each loop). I find the heating duration recommended by instructions (based on the watts of your microwave) could go maybe 15 second longer but understand the need to gauge that carefully in small increments so you do not burn yourself. Have not tried this as cold therapy yet but love that it can support that as well. Only suggestion is if the mfr could find stuffing materials that retained heat a bit longer but then one could use a heating pad for longer periods.

I get very tight shoulder and neck muscles that cause headaches. I love that this has handles so i can hold onto and adjust the neck pad to make contact with my skin even as I am laying down.

Works well...very comfortable...not too thin or too thick...highly recommend
