Product supplied but the remote not working, why does the vendor supply substandard item, bring disrepute to Amazon.

The quality is very low, it says 8-10mins of flying, it doesn't fly for even 5-6 mins

This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever found.
The media could not be loaded. Light is broken. Remote is not working. And "FLYING" Ball is not Flying as well... Useless thing, waste of money,I want to return this "bakwas item"
