Very tactile cover. Comes in cardboard sleeve. Nice illustrations. A good inch space for notes at side.

Absolutely in love with this Bible. I was looking for a Bible which would help me study and this is perfect! It has lined, wide-margins to write your own notes and at the bottom of each page an explanation of what’s happening verse by verse. It also has maps, character profiles and other diagrams dotted throughout. Love the design on the cover too.

It offers context and historical facts on what is going on during this time period Spaces on the side for writing notes have enough space

first thing I noticed was the weight of this - definitely not something I’d carry around. It’s a beautiful quality with simple design. It has loads of little extras, the paper isn’t too thin, and a good amount of space to write. Definitely recommend if like me you want a fresh Bible for a 365 day challenge.

I absolutely love this ESV Journaling Study Bible. I was looking for something that would not only help me read Scripture but really engage with it—and this has been perfect for that. It’s been such a helpful tool during my quiet time and small group study. The ESV translation is clear and easy to understand while still feeling true to the text. I also appreciate the study notes and helpful insights throughout—they add context without being overwhelming. The quality of the Bible itself is beautiful too. The pages are thin (as expected), but they hold up well with pens and highlighters if you’re careful. It feels durable and well-made. Overall, this Bible has helped me slow down, reflect more deeply, and grow in my understanding of Scripture. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a more intentional and interactive Bible study experience.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Nice paper, nice print, nice cover. I was hesitent to use it as intended, then my cat scratched de cover and now the spell is broken. Paper sufficiently thick for note taking. Totally recommend.
