I take one after main meal in evening, they seem to do the job, or should that be I seem to do the job now 🤣 less detail the better.Wife has also started using them recently she was getting bloating pains after meals and it’s early days but seems to have helped.

Not anywhere near as good as the Aloe Vera that appears to have been taken off the market? Why do these brands keep taking off a product that everyone is pleased with? That is a way of losing customers! Including me! I was really pleased when i tried these, but within 3 days found out you have to take about 5 over a period of 1 day for them to work! I only had them 1 day was so pleased i bought a second packet to fill the brown bottle up! Wished i hadn't bothered. Shant be buying these again. Costing me twice as much taking double the dose and even then they hardly work. Very disappointed. What on earth happened to Aloe Vera Colon Cleanse? lol

My wife who I bought them for reckons they work well with her daily ablutions. Jobby done as they say.

I use these as my medication shall we say, blocks me up. I take one in the morning and one before bed and I feel great now....and everything is working 😏Plus these work out far cheaper than the branded laxatives.
