Helikon-TexMen's Blouson

It looks good, fits well, and is warm. The only thing I didn't expect, is that since it's made in Europe, the zipper is Bass-ackwards. Not a big deal, just different. The zipper itself stays on the left side and not the right. Other than that, the zipper functions like you would expect, it is a YKK zipper. Once I got used to it, I quickly realized it was an awesome Jacket!

This jacket fits me well. I wear a 3x us and this just fit me perfect even tho its 3x european. It is warm and well thought out, well constructed and cozy. I got the green and black and it sure looks good on me. I am tall 6'2 280 and it had plenty of length rides just below my buns

Fits like an2xl not a 3xl. I’m 6’6 and 315 lbs and it’s snug, but not uncomfortable. Well made but sizing is wrong. if this came as a 4xl it would be perfect.

Helikon makes some very solid, durable clothing. I ordered this fleece because I have experience with other Helikon clothing products and I know they are extremely well made and reliable. This fleece is also not overly tacticool looking, almost looks like a North Face fleece, so I can wear it to the office without getting any funny looks This fleece has great wind blocking properties. The only thing I would tell people is that this runs a little on the big side. I ordered a large fully expecting that. I'm 5'10" 170 lbs, not a big guy but the large allows me to layer underneath it and gives me a little extra room. The only downside is that the zippers have no pull tabs on them but that's not enough of an issue to take any stars away.

I want to first start off my review by saying that the jacket was delivered promptly and then a nice package and it actually fit rather good on my arms and shoulders. It felt like a quality product and I liked the pockets the color and overall initially, I figured that I would keep the jacket. After wearing it around the house for a little bit I noticed that when I would sit down the bottom of the jacket around my waist and hips would bunch up because there is no flex at all to the lower half of the jacket. I have some “junk in the trunk “and I think that contributed to the problem of the jacket riding up and feeling tight because there was no give along the lower edge of the jacket. The other Kahn that I noticed was the zipper is not what is traditionally sold in the United States. Well, it seems like a minor issue. I’ve been reaching for a zipper with my right hand for years and years so when I get a jacket that has it on the opposite side, it’s very cumbersome and somewhat annoying. This jacket would be an easy five stars, if they would add some flex to the bottom hem/esge of the jacket and move the zipper to the more traditional side for at least the market in the United States. If you are more slender in your build than I am, and the zipper side doesn’t bother you, I would encourage you to purchase this jacket as it seem to be a pretty quality product for the price.

The tag says designed in Poland and crafted in China. Maybe leave the design part up to China as well they've gotten pretty good at it! This thing looks really good I like the contrast and it fits very well not only does it have a completely idiotic DOUBLE zipper but it is also a left-handed zipper is that a thing in Europe? The zipper part is worse than the left-hand part which a person can get an accustomed to. It also has way too long of a collar I've never had a fleece that had such a tall collar so basically if you zip it up it goes all the way up to your chin and most people don't do that so you either have to leave it unzipped really far or fold the collar down which looks terrible. They were so close to making the nicest fleece on the market so close and instead they ruined it with a few details. You can't make this up.

I've only worn this jacket twice since it was delivered so will probably update. This jacket is very similar to fleece jacket I was issued from DRMO stocks. It does not have the big inside pockets that will fit an MRE, but has plenty of pockets for storage. I was able to fit my cell phone, wallet, small flash light and other odds and ends I carry in cold weather very comfortably. First night I wore it, it was raining and mid-40's. Jacket repelled water and stopped wind, was comfortable in those conditions while walking outside for five to ten minutes. Really like the collar as it stands up high, is adjustable, and really kept the wind off my neck.

Talla muy grande yo normalmente cojo una XL y en esta una L me llega de sobra. No me aprieta y me queda holgada. 1.86 estatura 94 kg de peso.

Amazing jacket that WILL keep you warm all year round! Fleece is great and the arm and shoulder panels are really sturdy! Use it all the time for work and working the dogs. We'll worth the money!
