I decided to purchase this product based on the positive reviews I had read beforehand. However, upon receiving it, I immediately tested its functionality and was disappointed to find that it was excessively noisy. The noise coming from the jars was unbearable. As a result, I requested a replacement. Unfortunately, when the replacement product arrived, I discovered that one of the jars was broken. Additionally, I noticed that this time, the product was not packaged in an Amazon carton but rather in the company's carton. The packaging itself was not suitable for transportation. Furthermore, the lids of the jars were made from weak and brittle material, and the edges of the jars were sharp, posing a potential risk of injury to the user's hands. Needless to say, I was highly dissatisfied with the product. In light of this, I reached out to the customer care executive at Amazon.in and expressed my concerns. Thankfully, they were understanding and made the necessary arrangements for me to return the product and receive a refund.

Very good Quality & worth the money. It has four jars. The jars have lid locks with makes grinding & blending hands free operation. The stainless steel blades are so sharp it grind garam masala, coconut so quickly. It handles every task with ease from extracting juice from fruits, dry grinding to smoothies. Transparent jar has filter attachment for juice extraction. It has low noise operation. Good mixer & grinder with best design & quality.
