Can this be used on any drone ?

YES, This can be put on anything you want to track with the App. Truck , Car ,Drone.. Anything with a Little Velcro.

Will that work on EXO Blackhawk pro 2

I believe you can program it to operate on any drone. I have successfully installed it on 3 individual units. Follow the activation instructions, select “ other “ from the menu, insert your drone name and you are set to go. Then go to the DroneZone at the FAA and register the Remote id number that is on the HolyStone unit - mine works. HolyStone provides a Velcro type attachment but I use a rubberband similar to the strobe light ( for night flights ) fitting on a square motor arm - careful to clear the propeller arc. Good luck.
