Blade is too high compared to original Vitamix jug. It’s a really bad replica! Can’t even blend fresh fruit, still leaves chunks. I wouldn’t recommend this item for Vitamix blender at all. I rather buy a whole new blender.

The quality of the container is good but unfortunately, the quality of the blade is not so good. It had problems with blending Apple which is not the toughest of foods to blend. Recommendation is to only buy if blending softer foods

When the jug arrived I realised it was not an authentic Vitamix one. Compared to my actual Vitamix jug the blades look blunt. If it doesn’t function well it will be returned.

If you are blending anything frozen - not great, doesn't blend smoothe, and makes an awful racket on high speed. If you're blending soft things, it'll probably be fine... but anyting not basic and soft, just get a Vitamix replacement jug. Seller was responsive and helpful, but just wouldn't recommend due to the actual functionality of the jug itself.

I wish I could get my money back . This cup broke in the middle of blending. I hope my blender still works .. I am only buying an authentic Vitamix cup after this

Awesome replacement

The blades on our 10 year old VitaMix had become a little dull. We make green drinks, fruit smoothies, hot soups, ice cream, milk shakes, sauces, chop nuts, etc. This size is very versatile and fits our needs. The only issue is that it doesn’t fit on the base as snuggly as our previous model. This seemed to be our only option. To clean the pitcher and lid, I rinse with hot water, fill iwith one drop of Dawn and 3 cups of water. Place it on the base and run on high for 30 seconds. So easy.
