Perfect for adding sheets to a dehydrator
My small dehydrator only came with one set of sheets and did not offer any other sets. These rolls allow cutting new sheets to use while another set is drying after use. Easy to cut as well.

Good weight, customizable silicone mesh sheets
These rolls came as a single roll of two sheets stacked together, instead of two separate rolls. The long sheets are great if you are dealing with trays of an odd size. You will likely be able to find a set of precut sheets less expensively for more common sizes (although this is a good value for the amount of material included). The material is very flexible, but thick. It is stiff enough to work well as a liner, but not stiff enough to be able to easily lift and carry it off the tray when loaded (which is possible with the stiffer plastic mesh sheets). It is easier to wash than the stiffer sheets, since the flexibility means it is easy to get all of the sheet in the water (not as much of an issue if you have a sink with a handheld sprayer, but an annoyance if you do not).I really recommend this type of sheet even if your dehydrator has trays with narrow enough openings that you do not need this to keep food from falling through. The flexibility makes it much easier to remove the food, which is especially important for stickier things like fruit. (If you want to make fruit leather you need different, nonperforated, sheets. This type wonโt hold liquids or purees, but the added air circulation will let things dry faster than a solid sheet).
