bought ours yesterday and it keeps veering to the left....have you any tips or advice to help with this?

Hi, this happens if the bushing isn't totally seated in its socket. If you unscrew the kingpins on the trucks and push the yellow bushing right into its little hole, and then retighten the kingpin right up before loosening it off half a turn, you will find it steers better. This happens itself over time thanks to the weight of the rider, but thats the quick way to fix it.

I found the ride was smooth even on bumpy surfaces altho it dosnt travel well over certain size stones, any kind of gravel and your off. I would also personally upgrade the bearings to get some extra speed

Can i get replacement pivot cups?

Yep, we sell them direct from Ridge, but they aren't available on Amazon. Other brands of pivot cups will also fit. Is it possible to buy grip tape for this board? Tape that will adhere to the plastic deck?

We don't yet stock this, but another famous, more expensive brand does sell grip tape pre-cut to the same size as our 22" boards. I hope this helps, Ridge.
