Great tin!
Good value. I believe the nutrition facts on Amazon are for just the squid / not the oil as well. The full can has more calories/fats/protein than the Amazon pic. You obviously can eat as much/little of the oil as you like to control this more, but if you're looking for a high protein snack / something with decent calories for weight gain then this is a great deal. Even without the oil it's still delicious and pretty healthy, and at $3.20 a can it is a pretty good deal. With some noodles and lemon/garlic you could make a restaurant-quality pasta for 2-3 for under $10.

Great Product
Delicious. Not rubbery, just the firm bite you would expect from well-prepared squid. Try it with a sprinkle of either Cavender’s Greek Seasoning or Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning.

Tastes good, nutrition info is accurate
The squid tastes great. A few people are complaining about the nutrition info being wrong and are not realizing that the nutrition info on the package INCLUDES the oil in the can (which im guessing most are not going to eat), while the nutrition info on the Amazon listing EXCLUDES the oil in the can and assumes you drained it instead of eating every drop of it like a smooth brain.

Lots of oil in this, but the squid is pretty good
I only eat this right out of the can, sometimes with a bit of salt. I dip good bread or crackers into the oil, though I don't have all of it. The squid is good, and varies in size/thickness/tenderness between cans. A lot of oil in these, I noticed, more than I typically have in my other tinned squid. Also, I prefer pure olive oil, but I knew before I bought that this didn't have it. This was the best price I found for squid, but I think I will go back to the Goya Jumbo Squid in Olive Oil instead.

Good, honest, tinned squid
With tinned fish becoming such a hip item these days, the cost is being driven up. Just a few years ago I could get some of the prominent brands at a really good price. Now they're all out of my price range, but not these succulent yumsters. Vigo makes a mean tinned squid in oil. My people love them. They have a nice springy texture that is not too rubbery and they're decently salted. I tend to eat them straight from the tin over the sink, but you could probably build an attractive fancy spread with these guys.
