Camera not working
I purchased this item so that I could add passport photos to my business. I have taken maybe 10 photos and the camera is no longer working. At times it does not turn in and other times it does video record only. Very disappointed as it was $450 and I am a small new business. Can not return because I purchased it in March. :(

Poor Camera Replacement
The camera pictured is a Sony Cybershot, but the one that came with my order is a Canon PowerShot. The Sony takes a much better picture and has a data cable that can plug into the printer. The Canon doesn't. I'm not pleased with the substitution.

Worked great and then I noticed....
Camera Worked great for a couple months and then I started to notice there is a circle of blue on my customers neck area. It def is not a lighting or printer issue...have moved to another room, changed backgrounds, changed from flash to no flash. Not pleased with this. Can not get a real person on line to send anywhere either.

Cumersome Without WiFi Camera
This printer is wifi enabled, and it honestly is probably better to use that way. However, the included camera is not wifi enabled. Therefore, if you use a tripod, you have to remove the tripod mount to retrieve the memory card to put in the printer. There is a data cable that you can purchase separately, and it will allow you to print from the camera. However, if you need to print 2 inch x 2 inch pictures, you have to fumble through multiple setting options on the camera to achieve that result. Nor do those settings stick. You cannot format the picture within the printer menus. So you have fool with the settings, on the camera, with every passport photo you need to print. To be fair, once the data is transferred to the printer, it produces photos VERY quickly and they are of nice quality.
