Will this fit a triple gang box?

It's designed to fit a single device (switch or outlet). You could probably use it on a two device box by flipping one over so it gets support from the side. But I wouldn't use it on a box for three or more devices because of the potential for shorting out on an adjacent device.

Can these be used with toggle switches?

I personally haven’t tried them on a toggle/rocker switch. I used it on a traditional switch. You might research Youtube for your specific need to verify.

Can these be used with plastic junction boxes?
