One or two cups before bed REALLY helps me sleep. I let it steep about 5 minutes. I find it works better than other teas.

Good tea to take in the evenings because it helps to relax and calm down. But I've noticed that one bag doesn't give enough flavor so I put two bags!

I do not care for the taste of Sleepytime tea but drink it anyway for the slight calming effect it gives. I bought this on a whim and I am glad I did. Not only does it taste good, it actually makes me able to sleep. I looked up the ingredients in both teas and Nightly Calm has all the major players in the sleep game whereas Sleepytime does not.

I don't know why Twinnings changed this tea it was much better when it came in the green box and was advertised as a green tea and nightly calm. I don't like this one as well but I did figure out the perfect thing for me to do with this tea I steep it for 4 minutes and then I put a spoon of honey in it and I use the powdered lemon half of a tiny little envelope they're very small and it comes out perfect you just have to experiment what will make it taste the best however the ones in the green box were a whole lot better.

Calming tea. Very good flavor.

This tea makes you crave drinking it! I have introduced it to friends and family and they ran out to buy it! I put one tea bag in a mug, use my sweetener, and a tiny bit of fresh lemon. WOW. You have to try it. Can't go to bed without it.
