Didn't sprout, yes I know what I'm doing.
I don't know if I just got a bad batch or what. But I had planned 18 pepper varieties this year, all of them spouted within 2 weeks except these. I planted the second half of the seeds and it has been another 2 weeks. Neither the first half or the second half have even a single sprout. I'm really disappointed because this was the one I wanted to try the most and had planned to have at least 4 plants going all summer.
