Trying to increase my daily protein. These squeeze packs are a super easy addition. I keep them in the fridge to make them more palatable. The taste is ok, not superb. It’s not bad, just tastes a little intense.

The taste is different but the benefits are well worth it! I feel better and I have energy after I take it. It helps me get my daily protein. And it’s a clean product.

I love this stuff as a protein supplement. I take a shot in the afternoon at work when the hunger pang strikes, and I need a snack. It does combat cravings for other bad for you things. I think it is helping my skin as well. The taste is tolerable. Would love some different options for flavors.

First order I got had leaked everywhere and seal way broke. Got replacement and bottle came in all puffed up like it was going to explode. Even the plastic bottom was permanently pushed out so it won’t stand up. When I opened the seal it had an excessive amount of pressure. Also taste awful

I really wanted to like these because 17g of protein in such a tiny shot is incredibly convenient. Unfortunately, the taste is rough. It reminds me of orange syrup that was watered down and then somehow went bad, with a faint burnt aftertaste. I have a serious sweet tooth, but even I found these overwhelmingly sweet. The only saving grace is that it's such a small shot—you can gag it down in a couple of seconds and move on. If taste doesn't matter to you and you're just after an easy protein boost, it may still be worth trying. For me, though, I won't be buying it again.

This product honestly helped me a lot after bariatric surgery. Getting enough protein in every day can be really difficult, especially early on, and this became one of my “just in case” staples whenever I realized I was falling behind on my protein goals. Having 17g of protein in just 1 fluid ounce is honestly amazing and made a huge difference for me! I got the Orange Creamsicle flavor, and I will say the flavor is VERY strong. The texture is also pretty thick. If you’re sensitive to flavors or textures, that’s something to keep in mind. But for me, the benefits outweighed that completely. I would sometimes just take it like a quick shot and move on. I would even mix it with water if I needed too that certain day. I genuinely noticed a difference in my energy and focus and bathroom habits when using this regularly. I also really appreciated that it has no artificial flavors or dyes. Since taking this alongside my bariatric vitamins, I’ve noticed improvements in my hair, skin, and especially my nails. I’ve been a lifelong nail biter and usually bite them until they bleed, but my nails started growing much faster and stronger while using this, to the point where I actually want to keep them long now. The only downside for me besides the strong flavor is definitely the price point. It is a little expensive, especially if you use it consistently. But honestly, for 17g of protein in just 1 ounce of fluid after bariatric surgery, it’s worth the price to me. When you physically can’t consume large amounts sometimes, having something this concentrated is incredibly helpful. It digested really well for me as well. I absolutely would buy this again because it served its purpose extremely well and genuinely helped me during recovery and nutrition struggles. Next time though, I may try a different flavor just because this one is pretty intense.

I can't do without this stuff. After having half my liver removed a few years ago from cancer I have almost zero appetite for anything savory. Therefore I find it hard to eat enough protein (I can only stand so much yogurt and etc). I also just can't each much at all at one time. These lil pouches, despite the added expense, are just so convenient. And BECAUSE they are so convenient, I will actually USE them. I usually have one with coffee at breakfast, one in place of food at lunch and one with dinner to meet my protein goals. I put it all in my mouth at once, swallow, and chase it with coffee or something...painless. I do prefer the orange flavor. I have big bottles of this and other brands but it's messy and not as easy to use. I can keep a few pouches in my purse for times when I find myself unexpectedly kept from eating the way I like to at home (like when waiting for a loved one in an emergency room, or when traveling). The bottles are cheaper for sure but the convenience is worth something to me personally...I'm glad to have BOTH as options. I honestly haven't noticed any differences in the way I FEEL but it does feel good knowing I am meeting my protein goals.
